[Fusion Overload]: Deals 243.6% ATK as Nuke DMG to 1 foe. Trigger TECHNICAL for every Elemental Ailment on the foe, and deal an additional hit of 34.2% ATK as Nuke DMG, up to 3 hits of damage.
