All Skill Values are shown at Level 10 for Characters as the majority of the players will be using their characters with said levels. Said values do not include additional bonuses from outside sources such as Mental Images. Also, characters do not have 1 More, Basic Attack and Gun skills listed as the latter two are barely used, and 1 More is a generic follow-up primarily used to down enemies weak to certain elements.
Winged Canon

Prayer Refrain

Restore HP to party equal to 10.0% of Manaka's Attack + 681, and remove 1 debuff.
When Manaka has Musical Note, spend 1 Musical Note stack, and reduce skill cooldown by 1 action. (this effect can reduce cooldowns by up to 4 actions).
If this skill is selected and used, increase healing by 50%.
Automatic Effect: For every 12 Musical Note stacks gained during battle, activate this skill's healing effect 1 time.
Melody of Steps

Increase party's Attack by 11% of Manaka's Attack + 128 for 2 turns.

This skill applies up to 4600 of Manaka's Attack.

Before any ally's action, Manaka can activate Da Capo (the initial use count in each battle is 1). After activating Da Capo, when Wonder takes 7 actions other than additional actions, restore the use count by 1 (this effect activates only 1 time per battle).

Review
Ange is an Elucidator with a very powerful, unique Skill (De Capo) that gives the target an Extra Action.
Ange’s Extra Action is a bit different from traditional Extra Action effects. After the DPS takes their action and enters Ange’s Extra Action, the DPS’s status will rewind to the point before their skill was used; in simpler terms, this means the DPS can act again while keeping all their buffs.
Keep in mind that, as this is rewinding to before Skill usage, trying to use a buff Skill with the DPS before entering Ange’s Extra Action will not work; this also means certain effects spent on the other characters will not get rewound, as Ange is only rewinding the target’s status (for example, Wonder’s Dominion Overclock buff).
De Capo is ready at the start of battle and can be used on any turn, giving you plenty of freedom on the timing, and this property also makes her great for general speed-clearing. After using De Capo, it’ll enter a 6 Wonder non-Extra Actions cooldown and restore 1 usage; this can only happen once per battle.
Besides her De Capo Skill, Ange can also provide rare Pierce Rate buffs. Her basic Skill buffs have full coverage and are quick to set up and easy to use. She also brings good survivability in the form of frequent small heals, and can even cleanse debuffs if needed. All these combined make her an absolute powerhouse that can be used in all teams.
Ange works best with slower DPS with many setups and a large spike turn. The more powerful buffs with a use limit your DPS have, the stronger Ange gets.
The only downside (if you can even call it that) is that you can usually only use De Capo once per fight. To quote the global developers, “She’s so overpowered, so there’s nothing to buff!”
Makoto: Makoto’s Full Moon stack has a 2-turn duration, and Makoto can only gain 1 after using his Theurgy. If Makoto used 2 Theurgies within a 2-turn window, Ange can rewind 2 Full Moon stacks for another powerful burst turn.
Notte Luce (CN): Notte Luce’s Night’s Contract stack doesn’t have a duration and can stack up to 8 times. Notte Luce has to spend HP to gain those stacks and at A0, he can only gain 2 stacks on his own every turn. After a very long setup, Ange can rewind all 8 Nights’ Contract stacks for another powerful burst turn.
Awareness 1: Ange can now immediately use her Skill 3 and cap her weapon buffs on turn 1, further speeding up her already fast nature, and allowing your DPS to have the Pierce buff on turn 2 (versus at A0, where you’ll have this buff on turn 3).
Awareness 6: Ange can now use De Capo twice at the start of battle, going from 1 to 2 is night and day, as you can make your DPS act 3 times in a row, immensely powerful for both casual and hardcore players.
Weapon: This weapon helps with capping her buffs and has rare Critical Damage buffs. Given that she is an Elucidator that can be used in all teams, this is very nice to have.
Her unique Skill can grant a buffed Extra Action.
Has rare Pierce Rate buffs.
Quick to set up and easy to use.
Provides good enough sustain for end-game fights.
