Gain 1 Extinguish stack, and deal Ice damage to all foes equal to 97.6% of Attack. 50% chance to inflict Freeze. Also, decrease Defense by 7.8% for 3 turns (for every 5.47% of Natsukawa's ailment accuracy, decrease Defense by 1% more, up to a maximum of 31.2%). When an ally attacks a foe whose Defense has been decreased by this skill, increase Technical Precision by 195. If at least 1 foe is inflicted with Burn, remove Burn and inflict Scald on all foes (cannot be inflicted if Scald is already active). Scald: Counts as Burn. Lasts for 3 turns. When allies attack the affected foe, increase Technical Precision by 1186.

When Iceburn is activated, this effect is guaranteed to evolve to Cold Flames. Cold Flames: Increase damage taken by 9.8% (for every 4.38% of Natsukawa's ailment accuracy, increase damage taken by 1% more, up to a maximum of 39.0%). At 4 or more Extinguish stacks, evolve this skill to Requiem Guidance. Spend 4 Extinguish stacks to deal Ice damage to all foes equal to 131.8% of Attack. Also, decrease Defense by 8.8% for 2 turns (for every 4.86% of Natsukawa's ailment accuracy, decrease Defense by 1% more, up to a maximum of 35.1%). Also, can activate Ice Technical. When Iceburn is activated, this effect is guaranteed to evolve to Cold Flames. Cold Flames: Increase damage taken by 11.7% (for every 3.65% of Natsukawa's ailment accuracy, increase damage taken by 1% more, up to a maximum of 46.8%).
