Deal Ice damage to all foes equal to 178.7% of ATK. When [Ocean's Domain] is active, each [Thousandfold Waves] stacks increase skill damage by 10%. After using this skill, exit [Ocean's Domain] and lose all [Thousandfold Waves] stacks. This counts as a Follow-Up.

Get on the surfboard, immediately cleanse Miyu's Mental Ailment and open [Ocean's Domain]: Gain Null Down and Null Mental/Control Ailment, Miyu cannot use Melee Attack, Gun Attack, and Item; When gaining any effect, extend its duration by 1 turn; When an ally end their turn, automatically use [Tidal Surge] if Miyu has enough SP.

[Tidal Surge]: Spend 30 SP to deal Ice damage to all foes equal to 50.2% of ATK. During battle, Miyu can get on her surfboard to open [Ocean's Domain], spending SP to keep dealing damage to foes. Increase Miyu's Max SP to 200. At the start of battle, set her SP to 0. At the start of each other ally's action, Miyu will restore 15 SP (this effect is affected by SP Recovery). Miyu will gain the following buffs based on the SP she restored (including SP over the cap):

Restored 100 SP: Increase ATK by 10%;

Restored 200 SP: Increase DMG Dealt by 10%;
