All Skill Values are shown at Level 10 for Characters as the majority of the players will be using their characters with said levels. Said values do not include additional bonuses from outside sources such as Mental Images. Also, characters do not have 1 More, Basic Attack and Gun skills listed as the latter two are barely used, and 1 More is a generic follow-up primarily used to down enemies weak to certain elements.

Wind is an Elucidator that specializes in knocking down foes.
After every 3 allies’ action, Wind will inflict 1 Insight on the foe with the most Down Points, and when they take Weakness or Normal damage, they will lose 1 Down Points.
Besides playing with rapid knock down, Wind can also inflict all foes with Defense Down and Damage Taken, while also providing the party with Damage Dealt and some healing.
Wind shines in gamemode that allows for knock down and All-Out Attack, making her one of the best characters for clearing in general content and Velvet Trials. Even if knock downs are banned, her support capabilities are still top-tier as AoE Defense Down is rare and powerful.
With her ease of use, good debuffs, and no team building restrictions, besides future 5 Star Elucidators, Wind is the go-to Elucidator.
Joker: As Wind inflicts Insight every 3 actions, Joker’s ability to gain Extra Action means more enemies will get that debuff.
Awareness 1: This inflicts 1 foe with Insight at the start of battle, speeding up Wind’s gameplan.
Awareness 2: This inflicts 1 foe with Insight after using Skill 3, speeding up Wind’s gameplan.
Awareness 4: This inflicts 1 foe with Insight after allies use a HIGHLIGHT, speeding up Wind’s gameplan.
Awareness 6: This decreases her Skill 3 cooldown from 8 actions to 4 actions, opening up new skill rotations.
Weapon: This gives Speed main stats which helps with capping Wind’s Skills and Talent. It also can give the party a damage buff and increase her stack cap, improving her support capabilities. Very nice weapon to have given how common she’s used.
Can down foes without hitting Weakness.
Can inflict AoE Defense Down which is rare.
High Awareness growth as many of them provide good effects.
Easy to use.
Can provide some sustain.
Less Elucidator stats sharing as you have to build Speed on her.
Very Awareness hungry, especially before A6.

Virtue: Increase DMG Bonus by 10%/20%/30% when you reached 6000/9000/12000 HP.
Labor: When equipped by Navigator Thieves: Decrease the main target's DEF by 10% for 2 turns when inflicting debuffs.
Prudence: At the start of battle, if your SPD is at the 3rd/4th slot, then additionally increase own ATK by 24%/30%.
2 set effect: Increase HP by 12%.
4 set effect: When equipped by Navigator Thieves: Increase all allies' HP, ATK and DEF by 8%.
Pleasure: Increase DMG Bonus up to 30% based on 80% of your Healing Bonus.
Labor: When equipped by Navigator Thieves: Increase all allies' HP, ATK and DEF by an additional 2% with each ally with the same element.
Fixation: After using Theurgy, increase all Thieves' DMG Dealt by 10% for 3 turns.
2 set effect: Increase HP by 12%.
4 set effect: When equipped by Navigator Thieves: Increase all allies' HP, ATK and DEF by 8%.
Renewal: Increase all allies' Electric DMG by 12% when the Electric DMG buff effect reached 3 stacks, can't be triggered again
Power: When the battle starts, increase the attack of other party members by 10% and cannot be triggered repeatedly.
Prosperity: When using skills on allies, the damage of all party members will be increased by 8% for 2 rounds.
2 set effect: Reduces incoming DMG by 8%.
