All Skill Values are shown at Level 10 for Characters as the majority of the players will be using their characters with said levels. Said values do not include additional bonuses from outside sources such as Mental Images. Also, characters do not have 1 More, Basic Attack and Gun skills listed as the latter two are barely used, and 1 More is a generic follow-up primarily used to down enemies weak to certain elements.
Gale Burst
Cost: 23 SP

Type: Wind
Deal Wind damage to 1 foe equal to 200.1% of Attack. Also, inflict Windswept and Erosion for 2 turns. Multiple foes cannot be inflicted with Erosion at the same time. If a foe with Erosion is defeated, Erosion is transferred to the foe with the highest HP.
Passive: When an ally attacks a foe with a skill, if any target is inflicted with Erosion, increase that skill's Attack by 8.8% + 0.72% for every 100 points of Yukari's Attack (up to a maximum of 29.3%).
Tailwind's Breath
Cost: 25 SP

Type: Buff
Decrease party's damage taken by 29.3% for 3 turns.
Also, increase the main target's Attack by 7.8% + 0.78% for every 100 points of Yukari's Attack (up to a maximum of 31.2%), and increase damage by 0.24% for every 100 points of Yukari's Attack (up to a maximum of 9.8%) for 2 turns.
Arrow of Life

Type: Heal
Restore HP to all allies equal to 39.1% of Yukari's Attack + 2507.
Spend all Whisperwind stacks, and for each stack spent, increase the main target's Theurgy gauge by 17.5, and after the next time the target activates a Theurgy, increase Attack by 29.3% for 2 turns. This effect stacks up to 2 times. If the Theurgy gauge is increased above the maximum, the amount above the maximum is temporarily reserved for up to 2 turns, and returned after the Theurgy is activated.
If the main target has a Highlight, the next time they activate a Highlight, increase final damage amplification by 9.8% for every Whisperwind stack spent.

Unforgettable Feeling

Yukari can inflict Erosion on foes.
When other allies deal skill damage to a foe inflicted with Erosion, restore HP to all allies equal to 24.5% of Yukari's Attack + 800/1600/2400 (effect changes at Lv. 1/50/70, respectively), and gain 1 Whisperwind stack (stacks up to 2 times). This effect can only activate once between the start of Yukari's turn and the start of her next turn.

At the start of battle, gain up to the maximum number of Whisperwind stacks, and fill Theurgy gauge by 70. If the Theurgy gauge is increased above the maximum on the first turn, up to 35 above the maximum can be reserved.
Also, when using a skill on an ally, increase the main target's pierce rate by 20% more for 2 turns. If using Tailwind's Breath, restore 1200 more HP to all allies, and restore 30% more HP to the main target.

Review
Yukari is a Wind Medic that can grant a S.E.E.S. ally Theurgy Energy.
All S.E.E.S. characters restore 35 Theurgy Energy at the start of their turn, and Yukari restores 35 Theurgy Energy from her Skill 3. In most fights she can use her Skill 3 twice (for a total of 70 Theurgy Energy), you can potentially use her Skill 3 thrice if an ally dealt damage on her turn to speed up her stack gain for 105 Theurgy Energy (Skill rotation of 123233).
Yukari’s has a special source of healing, she will heal the party once per turn when another ally attacks the foe with her special Erosion debuff, be careful as this debuff won't last between boss phases.
In terms of raw sustain Yukari provides less than other Medics, her strongest healing is from her Skill 3, which you can only use every other turn, and only starting on turn 3 if she is A0. Yukari cannot provide Max HP buffs which really helps to combat getting one-shotted, she also can only dispel 1 debuff an ally with her Assist Skill once per battle.
Overall, Yukari is an aggressive Medic that doesn't sustain as well but supports the most even ignoring the Theurgy Energy recovery aspect of her kit.
Makoto: Yukari can restore Theurgy Energy for more frequent Makoto Theurgy.
Aigis (CN): Yukari can restore Theurgy Energy for Aigis to spend and increase her skill multiplier.
Awareness 1: Yukari can now provide Pierce Rate, which drastically boosts her support capabilities.
Awareness 6: Yukari now restores doubled Theurgy Energy. Any way to get more Theurgy Energy is very strong if the team cares. Keep in mind this does basically nothing outside of S.E.E.S. teams.
Weapon: This weapon provides a boost to Yukari’s healing and a small party damage buff, but it does too little to matter.
Can restore Theurgy Energy.
Her main gimmick is not used by most characters.
Risky to use as a traditional sustain option.
Can only provide Pierce Rate at A1.
