All Character information about Skills, Passives, Dupes etc. has been translated from Chinese to English by us. We will update them with Official Translation as soon as it's available.
All Skill Values are shown at Level 10 for Characters as the majority of the players will be using their characters with said levels. Said values do not include additional bonuses from outside sources such as Mental Images. Also, characters do not have 1 More, Basic Attack and Gun skills listed as the latter two are barely used, and 1 More is a generic follow-up primarily used to down enemies weak to certain elements.

Higher quality Cocktails will be used first. Tailor-Made, Standard, and Basic Cocktails will increase skill effects by 120%, 100%, and 50% respectively.

If 2 or more Standard or better Cocktails are spent, increase targeted ally's critical damage by 20.0%.

If the 3 Mixers have the same attribute, create a Tailor-Made Cocktail. If 2 are the same, create a Standard Cocktail. If all 3 are different, create a Basic Cocktail. When Yumi uses a skill, spend Cocktail stacks to activate various effects for the party and restore all allies' SP by 8.

Phoebe is an Elucidator that can buff attribute damage for the party.
She gains 1 Mixer of the corresponding attribute when an ally deals damage with a Persona skill, Follow Up, or HIGHLIGHT. She can then mix 3 Mixer into 1 Cocktail and can spend them when using her skills.
In order to maximize both the quantity and quality of her buffs, you want to have a team that can attack frequently and ideally the attacking party members are of the same attribute.
This means to maximize the team’s damage, Phoebe likes allies who can inflict Defense Down or buff Pierce. Saboteurs are the ideal teammates, as most of them can provide these by attacking.
Phoebe is extremely skill-testing as you need to plan ahead and count how and when your characters are dealing damage, making her skill cycle very complex and different fight to fight. She doesn’t like teams that don't attack frequently and mostly focus on buffs. Without help from her Awareness and 5 star weapon, she is going to be significantly harder to use because of how hard it is to generate stacks for her.
As such, due to how cumbersome she is to use and then her lack of unique effects, she is mostly the third pick in CN now as there are also 2 other 5 star Elucidators and they both can provide more special effects to the team.
Queen: As all the Queen team will bring Vino and they both deal Nuke damage every turn, this allows for constant high quality Cocktail from Phoebe.
Rin.LD (CN only): Just like Queen, most of Rin.LD teams consist of 1 or even 2 Saboteus. Those teams have a lot of Defense Down and can easily get maxed buffs from Phoebe.
Awareness 1: This speeds up Phoebe’s overall Cocktail generation.
Awareness 4: Using a HIGHLIGHT will now give Phoebe 1 Tailor-Made Cocktail, further speeding up her skill cycle and ensuring high quality buffs.
Awareness 6: Just like Awareness 1, this speeds up Phoebe’s overall Cocktail generation and can even increase the potency of her buffs.
Weapon: One of the best standard weapons, not only this can help with capping her skills, this can also give your DPS Crit Rate, and also reduce her Skill Cooldown, opening up ways to double stack or even triple stack her different skills.
Provides the most damage buffs.
High Awareness growth as many of them provide good effects.
Can restore SP.
Very hard to master and use.
Restrictive team building options, wants mostly mono teams.
Expensive character as she’s very Awareness and weapon hungry.
