Kind of out of nowhere have we received an absolute monster of a unit. As her kit was initially split between Dynamo and Burn, it felt like Bluepoch was making her the 'niche' unit of the patch to let Beryl shine as a Limited Arcanist. We couldn't have been more wrong. Not only does Brume routinely do excessively more damage than Beryl (while providing [Dynamo], Incantation buffs and other shenanigans), she is also part of a more well-rounded archetype (whereas Beryl only has one good support at the moment).

Overall
Stats and Build
Prioritizes Ultimate Might and ATK. Both of Brume's FUAs scale off of Ultimate Might, and [End of the Ride]'s Ult Might multiplier increases to 125% after P4. If your team's Ultimate Might is so high you start getting diminishing returns, try Genuinity instead (AjwBPBNFBTQgOyI5JCg0NEAoUENCQlNAVUhm8AA).
If you don’t have Resonance Patterns unlocked, try this build with Placidity:
ADwBPBNFBTQgOyI5JCg0NEAoUENCQlNAVUhm8AA
Oh boy, another Dynamo character who wants On the Hand of Time! Most of Brume's damage comes from her FUAs, which trigger while she's channeling so she always gets the 14–28% Penetration Rate. Her high amount of [Cost of the Roadside View] attacks plus [End of the Ride] makes stacking up the 18–36% Critical DMG easy, and the innate 24% Critical DMG is always good.
When you're running Brume on the same team as Corvus, you'll have to give On the Hand of Time to her and use Her Willful Leap on Brume instead. Corvus benefits from the team-wide +16% DMG Bonus, and Brume's FUAs scale well with this psychube's 24% Ultimate Might and 16% Critical Rate.
Brume's frequent [Cost of the Roadside View] attacks can stack up Outside the City's 20–50% Critical DMG and 8–12% Critical Rate relatively quickly, and the innate 16% Critical Rate is nice too.
Luxurious Leisure is a classic 1-target Ult-oriented psychube that offers 18% Ultimate Might and a solid 15–27% DMG Bonus. Performs better in long fights that allow you to set up.
