Scarlita slashes the ground in the specified direction to create a 3-tile-wide Rock Wave, dealing 200% damage to all enemies in this direction and knocking them back to the edge of the battlefield. Afterward, Scarlita charges at them and strikes, dealing 200% damage to enemies within the radius of a 2-tile arc and stunning them for 1s. The skill damage is increased by 10% for each surviving ally besides Scarlita. She is Unaffected when casting this skill.
Unlocks at level 51: Increases the damage dealt by slash and strike to 220%.

When a battle starts, Scarlita blinks to the backline, ascends to the sky, and hovers above the battlefield. While in the air, she is invincible, recovering 40 Energy per second, and increasing 2% ATK till the battle ends.
15s into the battle or when there are 2 or fewer surviving non-summoned allies beside her, Scarlita descends near the frontmost enemy. She smashes the ground upon landing, dealing 200% damage to the enemies within 2 tiles and knocking them up, stunning them for 4s.
Unlocks at level 71: Scarlita recovers an extra 150 Energy if she descends after 15s into the battle.
Unlocks at level 131: Scarlita gains an extra 15% ATK boost till the end of battle if she descends after 15s into the battle.
Unlocks at level 191: Increases damage to 220%.

Every time Scarlita wields her axe after descending on the battlefield, she deals 135% damage to enemies within a 2-tile arc and knocks them down. This skill damage increases by 10% for each surviving ally besides herself.
Unlocks at level 91: Increases the shield value to 18% of Scarlita max HP.

Review
Scarlita is an S-Level Warrior of the Celestial Faction. Her kit is focused on providing a defensive start to the fight and ending with an explosive finish.
When the battle starts, Scarlita flies up into the air using "Pure Cleanse" and becomes untargetable while generating Energy and ATK for herself for 15 seconds, after which she'll slam down near the frontmost ally and start attacking. During her flight, she periodically provides single-target shields to the lowest HP ally using "Valkyrie Spirit" and once she's come down her attacks deal damage in an arc and trigger a knockdown effect.
Her Ultimate "Divine Quake" is a large line AoE that deals massive damage and stuns for one second and it can be used shortly after descending from "Pure Cleanse" due to the Energy generation provided by it.
Her Exclusive Weapon grants access to "Divine Judgement", which causes her to deal True Damage if her entire team is alive by the time she descends, but that is not the good part about this skill. At Exclusive Weapon +10, her attacks start executing enemies below a certain HP ratio, allowing her to quickly clean up the map after coming down from her flight.
Scarlita is the epitome of a dual-role character, providing decent support for the first period of the fight before slamming down and become a proper DPS. As such, she's great in content where dual roles are necessary and where you could use just that tiniest extra bit of protection on your tank.

Since the
Temporal Essence

Twilight Essence
are very hard to obtain, you have to be really careful with the using them to upgrade the EX weapon. And in this guide we ordered all characters by the priority when it comes to how much they need investment in their EX weapon to work well and where should you stop to get the best bang for your buck.
Why does the +8 breakpoint appear so often?
Because the raw stats you get from upgrading the EX weapon help you more than the passive in some cases. Also, to upgrade the EX from +5 to +8 you need only 30x

Color explanation:
+0 - the base investment for the character,
+5/8 - the next step that you should do when investing into that character,
