Range: Global
Initial Energy: 500
Sylphira lights up 1 beats on her score every 1s. 1 extra beats light up whenever an enemy is affected by an interruption effect or defeated; this can trigger up to once per second for each ally against each enemy. Once 12 beats are lit, Sylphira activates her score, increasing her ATK by 50% + 4% and Haste by 25 + 2.5. In addition, the musical effect of the skill triggers Resonance, spreading the skill’s effect to up to 2 enemies within 2 tiles of the target.
Active: Sylphira glides into the 2-tile area with the most enemies, dealing 400% + 40% damage to enemies within range and creating a 2-tile Harmonic Domain that lasts for 10 + 1s. Enemies within the domain are silenced, while Sylphira becomes unaffected as long as she remains inside. After that, she performs 5 musical phrases, dealing 120% + 20% damage to her target and reducing their max HP by the same amount.

Review
Starting from her Ultimate, Grand Finale, Passively, Sylphira builds up her score by gaining beats automatically over time and gaining more when enemies are defeated or interrupted, eventually giving herself ATK and Haste while spreading her Active Skill's effects to multiple nearby enemies. Actively, she glides into the area with most enemies, dealing damage and creating a zone that silences enemies on it while making her unaffected, before finally dealing damage to the main target, which will reduce their Max HP based on the damage dealt.
At Mythic+, once Sylphira's score is activated, she plays it every 8 seconds. Every time it plays, she dispels all dispellable debuffs on herself, heals based on her max HP, and gains Energy. Furthermore, at EX+15, playing the score allows her to deal True Damage based on her Max HP to the two enemies closest to her. At Supreme+, Sylphira enhances her Normal Attacks, which will gain Life Drain and deal extra True Damage based on the target's Max HP, pretty much making this her main source of damage.
Punishing Rhythm is a damaging skill that reduces the target's Energy. Meanwhile, Piercing Silence is another damaging skill that strikes the main target before spreading to nearby enemies and knocking them down, all while Sylphira is immune while casting this skill.
Story and AFK Stages - At the moment, she doesn't see much play because the barrier of entry for her to act as a viable DPS is incredibly high, requiring Supreme+ investment. As a result, most players prefer to invest their resources into Saida instead.
Dream Realm - At the moment, her viability varies as it's seen that in Pre-Endless Dream Realm, she is viable on King Croaker, though again, she needs that Supreme+ investment to gain that viability.
PvP - She's pretty strong but definitely on the slower side, since she needs time to build up her score before she can actually do anything unless you started interrupting enemies. But once she gets going? She's a solid DPS who can absolutely hold her own in both Arena and Supreme Arena.
Legendary+ increases Sylphira’s Haste, more for each beat gained. When the score is played, she gains even more.
Mythic+ makes Sylphira play her score every 8s in which she dispels debuffs, heals herself and gains Energy.
EX+15 makes Sylphira deal true damage to 2 near enemies whenever she plays her score.
Supreme+ enhances her Normal Attacks, in which it will gain Life Drain and deal extra damage based on enemy’s max HP.
Sylphira is difficult to recommend in the current meta due to the availability of other 'more worth it' alternatives and her needing heavy investment to be viable. For players who still choose to invest in her, Supreme+ with EX+ 15 or more is the only viable stopping point.
Great DPS.
Silence.
Self-Sustaining DPS.
Needs Heavy Investment to be Viable.
