Dark Mist Fortress
The boss of this dungeon is Denvel, the final boss of the first story arc, and it’s the final dungeon present at the time of Season 1.
It is a very complex dungeon due to the large quantity of mechanics, the huge amount of damage the boss does and the coordination needed for few of the mechanics.

Tips for Everyone
Void Corruption

This is the core mechanic of the entire dungeon. Active during both the wave phase and the boss phase.
A percentage meter will display, on the top right of the screen , below the minimap, the Void corruption level.
If the bar it’s filled the player will directly die , regardless of the amount of hp or the shield we have at the time.
For reducing this meter we will need to use the "Cleansing Altars” positioned during the dungeon run, or at the sud-west and north-east of the arena during the boss fight.
Note: Those altars clear everyone that is near at the time of the activation, so it’s essential for the team to activate them when everyone is near them during the boss fight.
Void Corruption Imprint

Denvel imprints players with Void Corruption Power, indicated by a purple orb above their head and a small circle AoE indicator at their feet. You will take DMG and leave behind a Void Corruption Rift, which deals damage and accumulates Void Corruption to all players that walk over it.
- If marked, move away from any cleansing shrines and fellow party members.
Void Corruption: Cleave

Denvel channels his Cleave ability, summoning an enormous purple blade. After charging up momentarily, he will cleave downwards. If this hits the arena, it results in an instant party wipe.
By interacting in the center, a player will gain an extra ability that forms a shield, and by tapping it repeatedly, it will maintain said shield, blocking the blade and saving the fight.
- Everyone should gather for cleanse at one of the shrines before this mechanic begins.
- Master +: The pulse that Denvel does before beginning this mechanic will increase Void Corruption, it is recommended to cleanse before putting up the shield.
- The tank must pick up this ability; they are the only ones who can withstand the damage during the mechanic.
During this, Void Corruption Shards will slowly travel inwards to the center of the arena alongside Imagine Shards . Void Corruption Shards will deal damage and accumulate Void Corruption, and Imagine Shards will cleanse a portion of Void Corruption.
- All players other than the tank must split up into the 4 quadrants of the arena, taking the four corners. Their goal is to block, catching them, most of the Void Corruption Shards from reaching the tank. If the tank reaches 100 Void Corruption during this mechanic, they will die and this will lead to a wipe.
- Let Imagine Shards pass by to keep the tank from dying to Corruption.
Once the timer ends, so does the mechanic, and Denvel becomes highly empowered in his first few attacks after this.
- Near the end of the timer, everyone should gather around the same Shrine and cleanse the Corruption from this mechanic once the tank is free.
- Non-tank players must then move away from the tank. Let the tank block all the damage before moving back into the fight and attacking Denvel.
Void Purification Shrine

Two shrines are situated at two opposite ends of the arena. These will cleanse your entire Void Corruption meter.
- Group up together to cleanse the Corruption as a party; solo cleansing likely results in a wipe.
- Track their cooldown and move to them after a high Corruption mechanic (for example, just before and just after Void Corruption: Cleave)
Note: It is suggested to use Phantom Dash to reach the shrine faster
Void Corruption Barrier

After the Cleave, Denvel forms a long Void Corruption Barrier in the middle of the arena, splitting the fight into two halves.
- Just before Void Corruption Cleave ends, make your way to one side of the arena to avoid any accidental damage.
When crossing the barrier, ripples of Void Corruption will burst, dealing significant damage to all players whilst also accumulating Void Corruption. There is a short period of time once hit where the Barrier will no longer send out waves of damage.
- Do not travel through this barrier for no reason.
- Group up with your party before passing through the future mechanics. Multiple barrier ripples can easily wipe out your whole party.
Void Corruption Decimation

Some time after the Barrier is formed, Denvel starts channeling an ability to submerge an entire half of the arena with Void Corruption.
- Make your way to the middle of the arena with your whole party.
- Once ready, all players must cross the barrier together, taking some damage from the ripples.
Void Corruption Decay

Denvel occasionally marks 2 players with Void Corruption Decay, indicated by large outwards-facing arrows and a large AoE circle. After a short period of time, it will erupt and deal damage, but the damage will be reduced the farther players are away from the center.
- Marked players should split into opposite corners.
- The rest of the party should group away from these AoE circles.
Void Corruption Explosion

Denvel will mark large parts of the arena with red indicators. After a short amount of time, they will explode and deal damage.
- Move away from the red indicators.
- Fight Denvel on the safe side of the arena.
Void Corruption Blast

Instead of rectangles, Denvel marks the arena with circular indicators. These explode after a short amount of time as well, but are staggered based on when they appeared. These attacks leave behind a quickly fading Void Corruption effect on the ground.
- Take into account which indicators appeared first and last.
- Dodge accordingly and avoid the Void Corruption.
Prelude to Oblivion

This is the final mechanics before the final part of the fight. The boss will teleport in the middle of the arena, becoming invulnerable, and start doing continuous void damage to everyone. For saving themself the party should interact with the golden orb in the middle and cleanse themself.
Void Corruption: The End

The final mechanic of the fight, where Denvel is fully corrupted by the Void and will stay still in the middle of the arena. You are also subject to a time limit where you must defeat Denvel or the fight will be over and all Cleansing Shrines are removed from the arena.
- Focus all DPS resources on Denvel to avoid losing the fight.
Two Puppets will be summoned. The first one releases Void Corruption pulses and follows the tank.
- As the tank, keep this away from the rest of the party.
The other Puppet is summoned later during the mechanic.
- The healer must immediately heal this puppet to cleanse Void Corruption.
Tips for Damage
Lightning Storm

Save your burst rotation for this ability, as you will first want to destroy the shield for a lengthy Vulnerable debuff, and then unleash as much damage as possible during said debuff. If you don’t destroy the shield, the boss will also be greatly enhanced.
Tips for Tanks
Wind Breath

Igoreus fixates on the highest aggro party member and takes a deep breath, marking a massive portion of the arena in front of him and begins firing a huge dragon breath from one side of the marking to the other.
- Face Igoreus away from the group at all times to ensure only you, as the tank, will be hit. Optionally use dodges and dashes to avoid the breath yourself, but be aware you’ll need to quickly relocate back afterward.
Electro Blast

Igoreus marks the highest aggro party member with a red AoE marker containing a pulsing arrow above it. After a short period, the marker will explode, dealing incredible damage.
- Prepare cooldowns and use them at the right moment to mitigate damage.
