Memory Fragments Stats
If you want to learn more about Memory Fragments themselves, do check our other guide as here you will find only information about the main and sub-stats that you can roll on them.
Each Memory Fragment has one main stat, determined by the Memory Fragment's type,
Shock, Suppression, and Denial types always have the same main stat,
The other 3 slots roll a random main when you obtain them.
Each Memory Fragment can have up to 4 sub-stats, where the initial and maximum number of them is determined by the Memory Fragment's rarity,
If the Memory Fragment has fewer than 4 sub-stats, it gains a new random sub-stat. If the Memory Fragment already has 4 sub-stats, a random sub-stat is increased by a random amount,
A Memory Fragment can't have duplicate sub-stats, and its sub-stats cannot be the same as the main stat,
The initial value of each sub-stat is randomized according to the Memory Fragment's rarity,
On any Memory Fragment Type the sub-stats are rolled from the same pool,
Both main and sub-stats pools are the same for every Memory Fragment Set.
Main stats have fixed values for each upgrade level

Sub-stats
Since the sub-stat pool is the same no matter the Memory Fragment Type (or set), there's no point in splitting them. Just remember that you can't have the same main stat and sub-stat on the same item. For example, if you've rolled HP% on the main stat, you won't be able to get HP% as one of the sub-stats (but you will be able to get flat HP as the game treats them as separate stats).
Sub-stats ranges
This table shows the possible sub-stat values you can get per one upgrade. This means the base sub-stat values of a Memory Fragment you've just obtained will be shown here, and also every time you Upgrade a Memory Fragment, one of the sub-stats will increase by that amount. As usual, a higher rarity Memory Fragment will have higher ranges for the sub-stats.
This table shows the roll ranges you can obtain when upgrading a Memory Fragment to the maximum level, AND being lucky enough to roll into the same sub-stat multiple times in the upper range of possible values. But keep in mind the following:
Legendary Memory Fragments can have their sub-stats upgraded 4 times.
Rare Memory Fragments can have their sub-stats upgraded 2 times.
Uncommon Memory Fragments cannot upgrade their sub-stats, only add new ones.
This also means that even if you're lucky enough to roll every time into the same sub-stat, the rest of them will remain at the base level. Also, keep in mind that the right value is pure fantasy, especially for a Legendary Memory Fragment, since getting one with a sub-stat already maxed and then each Enhance rolling into it, AND getting the max possible roll is nearly impossible.
