Erin is a pure support disguised as a Wizard. Her Ultimate provides a Shield to all allies based on her HP and grants them an Additional Damage buff. Her Active Skill applies an Attack buff to all allies and inflicts Attack Reduction to all enemies. Her “Ram Horn Bash!” Passive increases all allies Additional Damage and Damage Reduction, whereas her “I’ll Protect You!” Passive Increases her own HP.
Erin specialises in buffing her allies and mitigating damage. Her shield is especially useful for high incoming damage situations like Raids and Boss battles, and she also often sees use in endgame PvE where her Attack Reduction debuff, Damage reduction buff and shield come in clutch. With her innately high HP stats, her positioning is also very flexible and she can easily sit in front of squishy DPS to sponge hits (her ult scales off her HP, after all). Of course, her own personal damage is terrible, and she is strictly a support unit for all intents and purposes. She often sees a lot of use in healerless Raid comps.
Erin’s card, Princess of Smiles, is a decent card to pick up when you don’t have other options for team buff cards like Merlin/Vivien/Lilith. Her card only really works best on herself or tanks due to the HP% statline.
Strong Additional Damage buff for DPS.
Huge defensive supporting capabilities for endgame content.
Flexible positioning, can sponge hits thanks to high HP statline.
Oppa.
Terrible personal damage.

Dupe Priority - Transcend > Card
Recommended Transcend - Transcend 5
Passive 1 > Active > Ultimate > Passive 2
Erin has no other apparent synergies otherwise, and can easily fit into many teams that need damage mitigation while still keeping up the offense.
If none of the above is available, any Card that provides HP% would work well for her.
