Morgause is an AoE caster that deals bonus damage to Burned enemies. Her Ultimate skill deals very high damage to all enemies and deals additional damage if the target is affected by Burned. Her Active Skill deals damage to all Frontline enemies and deals additional damage if they are affected by Burned. Her Demon Eye Passive increases her own Attack and Critical Hit Rate whereas her Self-Sacrifice Passive increases her own Attack by a % of Target’s attack every time she is hit (Max 12 stacks).
Morgause is a weird one. At launch, players were experimenting with highest HP Morgause, Ran Card/ Morgause card and Life Contract to scale up her Self Sacrifice Passive, but at that point it was more economical to use the Lilith card and buff normally instead. She has since been left behind by even her enabler Cristina and sits benched until she gets a balance patch.
Morgause’s Card Obedience can be used by Melee Units. It increases the user's Defense when hit up to 12 stacks whereas its Stat Lines provide Magic Attack increase and Damage Reduction.
This Card is relatively niche as the user needs to be attacked to stack up its effect, it can be used with Life Contract to some success but the user needs to have the highest HP.

Too many hoops to jump through to hit her maximum potential.
