Review
Dolla is one of the two B2 CDRs, which are pretty rare. She can open up a slot for a super-strong B1. The problem is, there’s no strong B1 like that that doesn’t provide CDR besides Zwei and Miranda (both treasure versions). Maybe in the future, when the game releases an insane broken B1 but doesn’t come with CDR, Dolla can be played again, but for now, she’s outdated.

Her buffs don’t feel impactful at all.
Outclassed by most B2 meta buffers.
