Blaze-ing Through Campaign ft. Rapi
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
A very basic team for Campaign. Rapi provides high single target and AoE DPS, while Mod and Helm are used according to the situation. Since both of the Fire DPS are MG units, they can hunt down any rapture with ease because MG units can easily lock on to core. If you need AoE support, burst with Modernia, but otherwise just burst with HelmT to ensure the team lives through anything.
If your Modernia is not well built, but your Rapi has great OL gear, you may sub her out for Naga. This way, you basically funnel all buffs into Rapi and allow her to showcase why she is the best unit in the game. This team is usable accross any element!
HelmT can be replaced with Maid Mast or Naga if Siren is B1.
Siren may be replaced by other B1-CDR units if HelmT is in the team for burst generation.
Modernia can be replaced by Naga if you have a well invested Rapi.
Blaze-ing Through Campaign ft. Solohood (CDR + RH Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
A very strong contender for the easiest to use Campaign team for players who prefer bossing modes over others, and are not looking to invest into the likes of VestiTU for example.
Red Hood's burst generation ensures that the team can get to next burst before Siren's cooldown time. Not just that, but the addition of HelmT as a B3 support means you can do a special combo for players looking to push into higher deficits. While for the first few bursts you would be following the usual pattern of RRH->RH->RRH.., you can break this pattern by bursting with Helm once to heal the team to full (especially useful against Bronchus (farter)), and then using RH-B1 with Rapi's B3 to deal devestating damage to the final boss of the stage. This ensures that the team doesn't die to chip damage and confirms the kill.
-
Blaze-ing Through Campaign ft. Alice
Mode: Campaign || Element: Fire
A fully built Alice is a beast for Fire-Weak campaign. She scales well with basically every buffer, but this specific combo of Alice paired with Rapi has everything: Burst Generation with Alice, Helm and Siren, AoE Damage with Rapi and Alice's pierce, Single Target Focus DPS with Alice piercing through shields even! A very strong team and probably the best if not the best if not for Vesti's AoE being so useful in later stages where clearing a few small mobs such as Volleyballs becomes a neccessity.
HelmT can even be replaced with Red-Hood or Maid Mast for making use of ATK buffs to counter higher CP Deficits!
HelmT can be replaced with Maid Mast for her reload and ATK buffs, or Red-Hood for her B1 stage.
Siren may be replaced with any other B1-CDR if you do not have her yet.
Blaze-ing Through Campaign ft. Asupi (CDR Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: Fire
Asuka is a strong DPS for fire, especially for stages without any shielders. No shields = no one to stop Asuka's teammates from making use of Asuka's core damage bonus for fire allies. Even if there are shields, Asuka deals higher damage to them, making them break early allowing for faster wave clearing. Not to mention, she can even hit raptures through shields thanks to her pierce!
HelmT may be replaced with Red Hood's B1 or Maid Mast.
Make sure at least one burst gen assist unit is in the team before replacing Siren for another CDR.
Blaze-ing Through Campaign ft. Asulice (Rapi as B1)
Mode: Campaign || Element: Fire
Well, we've seen enough about Rapi B3. It is now time to discuss Rapi as B1. Rapi doesn't buff a lot as B1, but she really doesn't need to considering the damage she dishes out. A manaul intensive Alice for burst generation gets all the assist she needs from Asuka and Rapi that she needs to ensure that the stage is cleared! Fire mains can try using this team to achieve high deficit clears for the leaderboards.
With both main B3s and the B1 being core focused units (with the B3s having pierce as well), Naga can also assist this team well. ATK buffs and reload speed from Maid Mast also allow for heavily improved DPS.
HelmT may be replaced with Maid Mast, Naga or RH-B1.
Breeze-ing Through Campaign ft. SBLice (RRH CDR Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
For Low deficit players, there is nothing better than a good SBS! And who better to pair her with than Alice! Alice provides the single target focus damage that SBS does not have while there is a large number of mobs on the screen. Meanwhile, SBS with elemental damage is simply.. lovely! 2+ years since her release, and she is still probably the best low deficit DPS to exist in Nikke, even with all the new tech we have with units like Rapi etc. But who says no to using Rapi? If you lack Siren, just use Rapi to cover all your bases for wind weak content! She will assist not only Alice in focus target DPS, but also SBS by doing chip damage to mobs. All is well and easy in low deficit as long as you have SBS.
You may take advantage of Maid Mast's Distributed Damage and ATK buffs to further buff your Scarlet, provided that you are able to properly burst gen with Alice.
HelmT may be replaced by Maid Mast.
Zap-ping Through Campaign ft. Cindy & Ein (CDR Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: Electric
This team consists of Ein, who is a strong AoE mobber in Campaign especially at High Deficit thanks to her True Damage. Rapi: Red Hood is used as the other B3 because there is no other Electric B3 yet that can fill this role better (Red Hood & Alice come close). HelmTr is used to activate Crown's S2 and provide emergency heal on Burst if needed. Siren is used as CDR.
-
Zap-ping Through Campaign ft. Cindy & Ein (CDR + RH Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: Electric
Zap-ping Through Campaign ft. Cindy & Ein (Non-CDR Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: Electric
Zap-ping Through Campaign ft. Rapipi & Ein (CDR Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: Electric
This team is one of the best Electric stage demolishers, featuring Ein's True Damage and reliable AoE clearing as well as Rapipi's insane AoE potential, HelmTr synergizes well with Ein's lack of Core Damage and supports the team with Burst Gen (which the other 4 units lack). She also triggers Crown's S2.
-
Zap-ping Through Campaign ft. Rapipi & Ein (CDR + RH Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: Electric
Surf-ing Through Campaign ft. Rapihelm (CDR + Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: Water
Rapipi + HelmTr have been a staple Water comp for Campaign, although they are not as prominent as the rest due to HelmTr's lack of AoE potential. However, HelmTr can provide healing and insane single-target damage that, when timed properly, can change the tides of a battle, especially against Farters.
-
Surf-ing Through Campaign ft. Rapilud (CDR + Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: Water
Clash-ing Through Campaign ft. RRH & RH
Mode: Campaign || Element: Iron
The best and most reliable Iron clearer because RRH & RH are goated in Campaign. Does it need any more explanation? We use Naga here for Core Damage, but you can also use HelmTr for better Burst gen, healing Burst Skill (especially against Farters), and higher CP (for most players since Helm-Treasure is a top-tier Treasure priority). Higher CP negates stat penalty.
-
Clash-ing Through Campaign ft. RRH & Maxwell (CDR Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: Iron
Clash-ing Through Campaign ft. RH & Maxwell (CDR Variant)
Mode: Campaign || Element: Iron
One-Nikke-Army-Vesgod
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
When they first dropped her, people were kinda disappointed with her Bossing power (which is the most famous mode in Nikke - Solo Raid). But eventually we figure out what a monster Shift Up has let loose onto their game. Vesgod is the one woman army. On Burst, off Burst, buffer has or not, it doesn’t matter. If loving you is the work of God, then Vesti’s work is sending you back to Him.
-
One-Nikke-Army-Rapi:RedHood
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
The SSR version of our female protagonist brings shame to all current Nikkes ingame. She excels in both single target and AoE wiping, just like SBS (below) without the distributing damage fallback. She can even help you as a decent B1 CDR when you lack a proper team and just have her + another One Nikke Army. Disadvantage? Require your device to run at 60 FPS consistently.
-
One-Nikke-Army-Modernia
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
One-Nikke-Army-SBS
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
Tia + Naga
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
The famous school girls of Missilis, known for their absurd “power” (whatever meaning you want). They are so strong that you can use any DPS with them and it still works wonderfully. Problem with them is, you need another Burst I here: Tia - Burst I - Naga - Burst III - Burst III. Example B3 can be high ranking in Tier List
-
El-Macho
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
Auto Team
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
At this level, this team brings a lot to the table, and unless it’s a very nasty stage where a lot of oneshot mobs are spawned, you can use this team to play automatically. It’s balanced and well-rounded with heal, offensive, buffs.
Vesti: Tactical Upgrade, Rapi: Red Hood can be replaced with:
Cinderella, the better Scarlet. Huge wipe, strong DPS, and Blanc gives her everything she wants too (HP + Damage increase).
Scarlet: Black Shadow is a great choice, but when the penalty starts breathing on her neck, her clearing power is not as impressive as at lower penalty.
Modernia: is clapped hard by Rapi, both in single target and AoE, but if you don’t have Rapi, Modernia is still very good.
Incase you don't have Liter, of course you pick Siren here. But if you don't even have Siren.
Pepper is a decent healer with high offensive power. She doesn’t reduce cooldown, but she heals a lot with her Burst.
D: Killer Wife / Rouge also provide Cooldown Reduction (CDR) just like Liter, except their other buffs feel pale compared to Liter.
Dorothy brings both CDR and offensive power on her own. Definitely a good alternative. Note that Dorothy is a Pilgrim so it’s not easy to roll her.
N102 is your go-to when you don’t have any of the above Nikke, go N102.
If you are missing Crown, you can use Tia.
Auto Team (No Liter)
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
An auto Team variation without Liter.
Siren can bre replaced with:
Crowntr Team
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
This team is less comfy than the team above, but they can deal way more damage. By using this team, you may want to turn off “Auto Burst” and control Burst time yourself, because these Nikkes have very impactful Bursts that need to be used at proper time to make the most out of them.
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Story Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
Old "God Team"
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
They used to be the most braindead team in Nikke until Blanc-Noir were released. This team has wipe, strong DPS, CDR, a shield that blocks most instant death attacks once in a while, and a nice passive heal from Rapunzel that doesn’t even require her Bursting. Rapunzel can even come in clutch with her revival Burst, saving your run from a disaster. Heavily out-classed by any other duos, but if your duos are not completely, you can go this route.
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Story Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
Manual Play with Lots of Clicking
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
This is the traditional team pushing story. They have semi wipe with Privaty (mostly, just stun), boss killing with Alice (requires extremely high investment but she’s worth), and damage buffers with Maxwell + Liter + Privaty. Problem is, they require you to “aim” manually, and it’s not a good experience aiming those small flying Raptures from afar. Highly NOT recommended, just putting them here as a tribute to the past.
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Story Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
Vesgod Team
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
Did I just say this is where most auto teams stop? Definitely not with this team. Vesti will Burst first, make her way to the boss stage then Rapi finishes it.
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Story Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
T.T Stars Team
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
Another version of Vesgod team which has a lot of heal but is vulnerable against one shot KO Raptures.
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Story Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
Improvised Alice Maxwell Team
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
Updated version of old Alice Maxwell team, but this time you have super strong buffers which are Crown and Naga. You also replace Maxwell with Alice 2.0 - yeah she's named Milk. Worst part? Milk is even more difficult to play than Alice.
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Story Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
God Comp #1
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
To push at this level, not only you have to fully invest in these Nikkes, but also you have to rely on good Overload roll, and Elemental advantage.
And of course, your own SKILLS! This is where you can brag among all other commanders how good you are, because you are pushing under a penalty that feels impossible.
By the way, in this deficit, the enemy's defense will feel so high your Nikke deals very little damage, except Vesgod - she ignores all defense! In fact, if you don’t feel like running those teams below, you can just spam this team, it works.
Example Gameplay:
Youtube Video - Normal Stage
Youtube Video - Base Defence Stage
Youtube Video- Defence Stage
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Story Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
God Comp #2
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
This team works on one concept - True damage funneling. It has zero defense which means either you kill enemies before they start dealing damage or you die.
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Story Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
God Comp #3
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
Okay these teams will blow your mind, not only from how you craft them, but also you will say: Is that even possible?
Key Point to Note:
Red Hood is the Solo Burst I Unit, and DO NOT USE RAPI: The Hood here because she will be B1 version
This team can deal with stages by relying on 2, or at maximum 3 full Bursts to pass a stage.
When you use Red Hood as Burst 1 only, you have an insanely high amount of attack buffs over 10s, and you can even do it twice before she goes on cooldown. It allows you to bring 2 DPS, which will a lot of times be Modernia + Nikke that matches the “Weak Element” of the Stage. Ideally, the B3 choices depend on the stage, and aren’t as easy as - this stage is Wind Weak, so I will pick Vesti: Tactical Upgrade / Scarlet: Black Shadow
Huh? Why is Vesti in Wind weak? It’s because there will be a time when you face so many Raptures at once that your SBS damage is splitted too much; it deals meme damage. When that time comes, please remember praying to Vesgod and she will answer. (1145F for example).
You want to study the stage step by step and see what best helps you progress from one wave to the other wave, and what the next wave requires. At times, you might need to i-frame to dodge Remnant Raptures, or hold your Burst while your Modernia kills off Raptures outside of Burst.
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Story Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
Elysion Best Tribe Tower Team
Mode: Tribe Tower || Element: All
This is the most commonly used team in Elysion tower. It has nice AoE + huge DPS from Rapi and Vesti, decent heal with Helm Treasure and very strong heal - tank for team with HP buff from Anchor. A very brain dead team, should put on auto and forget.
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Tribe Tower Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
Missilis Best Tribe Tower Team
Mode: Tribe Tower || Element: All
Thanks to Flora with her insane buffing, you can now ditch Tia and go for Flora treasure instead. And Laplace: UH also helps a lot on mob clearing.
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Tribe Tower Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
Tetra Tribe Tower Team #1
Mode: Tribe Tower || Element: All
Tetra is special, they can form 2 different teams and each has their own advantage and disadvantage distinctively. This team is the original, featuring 2 ~ 3 heavy DPS, depending on stage. You want Anis against Electric weak stage, else just put Noir in her place and let Alice + Xlud cover the rest. This team lacks AoE power, so you may find yourself in a pickle against some stages.
-
Tetra Tribe Tower Team #2
Mode: Tribe Tower || Element: All
With the release of Crust and Bready, we can now run them together for a very decent and constant AoE blast. Bready requires Crust to trigger her Distribute Damage, else she will have no skill. Crust requires you to fast tap her 3 times from the very start to trigger her buff, else on auto she also has 0 skill. This team is such a hassle to play, but it's indeed strong.
You can replace Xlud with Blanc for a more comfortable gameplay but weaker damage output.
Pilgrims Best Tribe Tower Team
Mode: Tribe Tower || Element: All
This is the most familiar team in Pilgrim Tower, with high single target damage, high wipe power, high CDR. If you notice, this team has all 5 elements, so no ele shield can annoy you.
Note that you may run Rapi as B1 here to unlock another slot for B3 DPS, because Rapi B1 still deals decent damage already.
This Team is part of Meta Teams - Tribe Tower Guide. Check here for further information and viable substitutes.
2 RL Instant Nuke
Mode: PVP || Element: All
The bread and butter comp in PVP. You win by flashing your enemy before they can do anything. The combination of Red Hood B1 ATK buff and Trina B2 buffs will be enough for Scarlet to kill everything. The neat part? It's still 2 RL speed (after RL shoots 2 times, you fill your Burst gauge completely)
-
Pierce Heaven
Mode: Anomaly - Ultra || Element: Iron
When using Red Hood, save her B1 to be used with her B3 and Maid Mast’s Burst at 3 stacks once a fight.
Burst Maid Mast every third burst (Crown → Crown → Mast). However, there will be situations where you need Crown to go third instead for her shield. When that happens, Burst Maid Mast at 2 stacks instead (Crown → Mast → Crown).
Anis: Star may be replaced with Little Mermaid or Rapi: Red Hood or Liter.
Red Hood or Cinderella: Crystal Wave may be replaced with Rapi: Red Hood, Milk: Blooming Bunny, Laplace (Treasure), or Raven.
Mast: Romantic Maid may be replaced with Naga or Privaty (Treasure) or Helm (Treasure) or Helm: Aquamarine.
Cinderella vs Ultra
Mode: Anomaly - Ultra || Element: Iron
Cinderella just keeps winning and replaces Rapi: Red Hood in her funneling team.
Switch Cinderella: Crystal Wave to Sniper mode for phase 1, and MG mode for phase 2.
Burst Maid Mast with Cinderella as much as possible. However, there will be situations where you need Crown burst for her shield.
Anis: Star may be replaced with Little Mermaid or Rapi: Red Hood.
Cinderella: Crystal Wave may be replaced with Rapi: Red Hood.
Helm (Treasure) may be replaced with Snow White: Heavy Arms.
Artillery vs Moth
Mode: Anomaly - Ultra || Element: Iron
A high investment, high reward team. Snow White needs highest final ATK than the rest of the team to make sure she gets Miranda (Treasure)’s Critical Rate buff.
Make sure every Snow White nuke hits the core and 2 parts.
Zwei (Treasure) may be replaced by Miranda (Treasure).
Maxwell may be replaced with Rapi: Red Hood or Cinderella: Crystal Wave if and only if Snow White still manages to get Miranda (Treasure)’s S2 Critical Rate buff.
Battle without your King
Mode: Anomaly - Ultra || Element: Iron
A shielder is needed to survive the fight, which is the only reason Tia is here. Tia needs to Burst to apply shields and requires a second B1 Nikke for the team to function.
Since Tia is Iron, you pretty much get the freedom of running whatever you’ve invested in, hence very beginner friendly.
Burst Tia to block the slam or shockwave from Ultra.
Anis: Star may be replaced with any B1 CDR.
Naga may be replaced with Nayuta or Grave.
Everyone (almost) is a DPS now
Mode: Anomaly - Kraken || Element: Wind
The jellyfish works as a cs buffer for sbs, and both of them dealing devestating damage to Kraken! Consider starting with Liberalio burst if you are using Crown.
Burst Maid Mast every third burst (Crown → Crown → Mast).
Cover Anis when necessary or she will die to Kraken.
Anis: Star may be replaced with Siren.
Nayuta may be replaced with Crown.
Liberalio may be replaced with Mana or Alice or Helm (Treasure).
Mast: Romantic Maid may be replaced with Crown or Naga (only used with Crown).
Missing the great swordwoman?
Mode: Anomaly - Kraken || Element: Wind
Burst Maid Mast every third burst (Crown → Crown → Mast).
Anis: Star may be replaced with Siren or Rapi: Red Hood.
Crown may be replaced with Nayuta.
Liberalio or Asuka: WILLE may be replaced with Snow White: Heavy Arms, or Cinderella: Crystal Wave.
Mast: Romantic Maid may be replaced with Helm (Treasure), Privaty (Treasure) or Naga.
Maids vs Octopus
Mode: Anomaly - Kraken || Element: Wind
No Crown? No problem! You can still do enough damage with Maids and reach Stage 9. Since they give a lot of distributed damage buffs, SBS performs super well here.
Burst Maid Mast with SBS.
Anis: Star may be replaced with Siren.
Liberalio can be replaced with Asuka: Wille, Alice, Rapi: Red Hood, Snow White: Heavy Arms, or Cinderella: Crystal Wave.
AFK Kraken S7
Mode: Anomaly - Kraken || Element: Wind
The team has it all: heals, shielding, damage and AoE (for shooting down missiles), which actually allows it to run full auto. This is made possible by Anchor: Innocent Maid storing the excess heals provided by Helm to survive the attack caused by failing the QTE (red circles). For this team to run properly it is very important that Helm is in the middle and Anchor: Innocent Maid is on the left side of Crown for burst rotations to line up.
This team only works at high investments with SR collection items and high synchro level (recommended 381+) to be able to survive. Reaching Boss Stage 7 is also possible if your SBS is strong enough.
-
No Pilgrims
Mode: Anomaly - Kraken || Element: Wind
Beginner-friendly team. Bunny duo being wind helps team-building in the early-game. Maids Mast and Anchor, or the Tia and Naga twin will perform better if you have them, but you'll need some Wind unit to deal with QTE (red circles).
Liter may be replaced with any B1 CDR.
Rapi and Helm vs Harvester
Mode: Anomaly - Harvester || Element: Water
Rapi is so strong she can even match Helm Tr with high ATK, high Ele and Phase 3 Treasure version on Water weak boss. Just pay attention during helm Burst, you don't want her Burst lands on random mob.
You can replace Rapi with Ludmilla - Winter Owner or Quency: Escape queen, but that's another DPS you have to invest. Just invest in Rapi - Crown - Siren - Mast Maid and 1 element DPS to save your precious resource.
Pirates vs Crab
Mode: Anomaly - Indivilla || Element: Fire
Non Crown-haver can use the Maids duo but at the cost of a lower offensive buff.
Cover your highest ATK DPS if necessary.
Anis: Star may be replaced with Siren.
Rapi: Red Hood or Mihara: Bonding Chain may be replaced with Alice, Asuka, Diesel: Winter Sweets, or Cinderella: Crystal Waves.
The 3.5 Anniversary
Mode: Anomaly - Mirror Container || Element: Electric
Although Anis: Star's stars can shoot the slippers without requiring aiming hence triggering instant slippers qte failure, this team can overcome the defense buff with brute force.
Burst Maiden:Ice Rose at 12th and 14th burst instead of Anis: Sparkling Summer.
If Maid Mast is used, burst Maid Mast with Neon: Vision Eye or Cinderella as much as possible.
Crown may be replaced with Nayuta.
Anis: Star may be replaced with Moran (Treasure), Rouge (only with Cinderella) or Rapi: Red Hood.
Neon: Vision Eye may be replaced with Cinderella.
Anis: Sparkling Summer may be replaced with Ada Wong.
Maiden: Ice Rose may be replaced with Mast: Romantic Maid, Helm (Treasure), or Ada Wong.
Took a summer/winter vacation from NIKKE?
Mode: Anomaly - Mirror Container || Element: Electric
Although Anis: Star's stars can shoot the slippers without requiring aiming hence triggering instant slippers qte failure, this team can overcome the defense buff with brute force.
Burst Maid Mast every third burst (Crown → Crown → Mast).
Crown may be replaced with Nayuta.
Anis: Star may be replaced with Moran (Treasure) or Rapi: Red Hood.
Neon: Vision Eye or Cinderella may be replaced with Snow White: Heavy Arms or Cinderella: Crystal Wave.
Mast: Romantic Maid may be replaced with Maiden: Ice Rose, Anis: Sparkling Summer, Helm (Treasure), or Ada Wong.
The "Proper" Way
Mode: Anomaly - Mirror Container || Element: Electric
A team that can actually do well without completely ignoring the main boss gimmick (Glass Slippers).
Burst Maid Mast with Ein.
If Maiden: Ice Rose is used, burst Maiden: Ice Rose at 12th and 14th burst.
Crown may be replaced with Nayuta or Takina Inoue. Anis: Star may be replaced with Rapi:Red Hood, Moran (Treasure), or Liter.
Ein may be replaced with Snow White: Heavy Arms.
Mast:Romantic Maid may be replaced with Maiden:Ice Rose, Anis:Sparkling Summer, Helm (Treasure), or Privaty (Treasure).
No Pilgrims
Mode: Anomaly - Mirror Container || Element: Electric
Beginner friendly team. Moran (Treasure) being electric helps team-building in the early-game.
Burst Maid Mast with the stronger DPS.
Moran (Treasure) may be replaced with Rouge or any B1 CDR.
Mast: Romantic Maid and Anchor: Innocent Maid may be replaced with Tia and Naga or Blanc and Noir (not needed if Rouge is used).

Wind Combat Team
Mode: Surface || Element: Wind
Electric Combat Team
Mode: Surface || Element: Electric
The Leftover Explore Team
Mode: Surface || Element: All
Spider Slayer
Mode: Anomaly - Harvester || Element: Water
This team chews through Harvester AI like Snow White seeing a fat worm. Snow White will take care of the pesky mobs and solo kill Harvester herself.
If you want to achieve a faster run, time Helm's Burst to not hit a mob.
Burst Maid Mast every third burst (Crown → Crown → Mast).
If Maid Anchor is used, burst Maid Mast with the stronger DPS.
Crown may be replaced with Anchor: Innocent Maid or Nayuta.
Anis: Star may be replaced with Siren or Rapi: Red Hood.
Snow White: Heavy Arms may be replcaed with Dorothy: Serendipity or Cindrella: Crystal Wave.
Helm (Treasure) may be replaced by Privaty (Treasure).
Mast: Romantic Maid may be replaced by Privaty (Treasure) or Elegg: Boom and Shock.
Snow White went wandering
Mode: Anomaly - Harvester || Element: Water
Bready can kill all mobs while outputting great damage, but she needs Mast : Romantic Maid to be worth considering.
Liberalio may be replaced with Cinderella: Crystal Wave or Rapi: Red Hood.
No Pilgrims vs Spider
Mode: Anomaly - Harvester || Element: Water
Beginner friendly team. Maid Duo being water helps team-building in the early-game. This team will preform worse than the Bunny Ade version of the Spider Slayer team if you have 2 invested Water DPS and Summer Elegg.
Burst Maid Mast with the stronger DPS.
Liter may be replaced with any B1 CDR.
Oh Crab!
Mode: Anomaly - Indivilla || Element: Fire
The best team to use against Indivilia. Survival is very difficult and you'll have to rely on Crown s2 a lot.
Time Crown's invulnerability at the beginning of phase 2 or she will die.
Burst Maid Mast at start and at 3 stacks (Crown → Crown → Mast).
Anis: Star may be replaced with Siren.
Mihara: Bonding Chain may be replaced with Alice, Asuka, Diesel: Winter Sweets or Cinderella: Crystal Wave.
Mast: Romantic Maid may be replaced with Naga, Privaty (Treasure), or Helm (Treasure).
Wheelchair
Mode: Anomaly - Indivilla || Element: Fire
Time Crown's invulnerability at the beginning of phase 2 or she will die.
Burst Maid Mast with Rapi: Red Hood as much as possible.
Anis: Star may be replaced with Siren or Moran (Treasure).
Crown may be replaced with Brid: Silent Track.
Rapi: Red Hood may be replaced with Mihara: Bonding Chain.
Mast: Romantic Maid may be replaced with Naga, Privaty (Treasure), or Helm (Treasure).
B1 Rapi vs Crab
Mode: Anomaly - Indivilla || Element: Fire
While Rapi: Red Hood still does a great job at Burst 1 role, use this team only if you have another Fire DPS invested.
Time Crown's invulnerability at the beginning of phase 2 or she will die.
Burst Maid Mast at start and at 3 stacks (Crown → Crown → Mast).
Mihara: Bonding Chain may be replaced with Alice or Asuka.
Elysion Tower Bossing with Diesel™
Mode: Tribe Tower || Element: All
Introducing the new Elysion Tower Bossing team featuring Diesel: Winter Sweets! In this comp, we use the standard B1 D:Wife, accompanied by the standard B2 MastM and AnchorM and the standard B3 Rapi: Red Hood. Diesel chimes in, replacing HelmTr or XMaiden as Neutral DPS. Note that these other DPS might still be better in their respective elements, but XDiesel is a better Neutral overall.
Rapi: Red Hood can go B1. If she goes B1, you can use HelmTr or XMaiden as the other B3.
You can also use EmmaTU + EunhwaTU + CDR (SolineFT/DWife) instead of Maids, but they are slightly worse.
Mermaid Enjoyer
Mode: Anomaly - Kraken || Element: Wind
Velvet boosts Siren so much that you can now make an entire team around her! Velvet burst deals a considerable amount of damage while consuming a lot of ammo to proc Siren's Skill 2 more frequently.
PrivatyT may be replaced with HelmT.
Crown may be replaced with Burst 1 Red Hood or Label.
Tetra Best Tribe Tower Team
Mode: Tribe Tower || Element: All
This team has 4 different ele which means you are only vulnerable against Wind weak ele shield. In that case, replacing duo Idols with duo Bunny (they are Wind ele) will do. Slot in Moran when you fight unavoidable damage dealer like Black Snake, Ziz or Nihilister.

One-Nikke-army
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
These teams only require 1 CORE Nikke, and you can fill the 4 rest slots with your strongest characters in the tier list (check them here). The structure will be X - X - Core Nikke - X - X. Note that Privaty and Alice are free here.

Vesti: Tactical Upgrade (aka Vesgod)
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
When they first dropped her, people were kinda disappointed with her Bossing power (which is the most famous mode in Nikke - Solo Raid). But eventually we figure out what a monster Shift Up has let loose onto their game. Vesgod is the one woman army. On burst, off burst, buffer has or not, it doesn’t matter. If loving you is the work of God, then Vesti’s work is sending you back to Him.

Other One Nikke Army Teams
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
The SSR version of our female protagonist brings shame to all current Nikkes ingame. She excels in both single target and AoE wiping, just like SBS (below) without the distributing damage fallback. She can even help you as a decent B1 CDR when you lack a proper team and just have her + another One Nikke Army below. Disadvantage? Require your device to run at 60 FPS consistently.

Mint-ka Team
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
The latest duo, they are insanely strong with a lot of buffs which vibes well with meta DPS too, and if your B1 is Anis Sparkling Star, it's set in stone

El Ma-chor
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
There were once Blanc and Noir, but let’s be real, they are outclassed heavily by this duo. El Ma-chor gives way stronger buff unconditionally, strong healing and comes with insane reload speed which allows you to ignore Ammo OL completely.

Auto Team Story
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
At this level, this team brings a lot to the table, and unless it’s a very nasty stage where a lot of oneshot mobs are spawned, you can use this team to play automatically. It’s balanced and well-rounded with heal, offensive, buffs.

Crownaga
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
This team is less comfy, but they can deal way more damage. By using this team, you may want to turn off “Auto Burst” and control burst time yourself, because these Nikkes have very impactful bursts that need to be used at proper time to make the most out of them.
Same as above, Rapi, Snow White and Anis can be replaced with above listed Nikkes. And if you don’t have Crown, there’s always a Tia, waiting behind…
Duo Maids Team
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
At this level, Anchor’s Storage buff will still protect you from being one shot, so it’s still relevant. As long as you don’t die, you will be healed back just fine.

Pure Evil Team #1
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
Surprisingly, this is where you start relying heavily on Crown and Mast instead. Their offensive capabilities allow you to “cheese” through a lot of stages by killing enemies before they can kill you. And Crown even has a cheese mechanic that allows her to soak a lot of damage during a certain window (When she taunts, she’s immortal. Time the taunt well will reward you nicely). Still Vesti will make sure you don’t even know what a wall means.

Notice how he timed the Crown’s taunt to avoid the instant wipe phase

Pure Evil Team #2
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
The healing amount from Prika and Mint will be enough to keep you alive against sustain damage, but against one shot enemies, you need Moran instead.

Mission Impossible Team
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
How is this even possible?
Back when we started this guide, 45%+ seemed impossible, but then we have this
Youtube Video
This team builds on one basic concept: True Damage. True Damage ignores all defense, a thing which may seem underrate at surface level, but it becomes more and more evil the deeper deficit you dive. Most Nikkes deal 1 damage at 45+% Deficit, with only a few Nikkes who can still deal some damages due to high ATK amount self buff. Vesti is the main damage dealer, with Ada acts as both buffers and semi damage dealer. Takina also buffs a lot for true damage DPS.

Solo Anis: Star
Mode: Campaign || Element: All
Anis is that strong, she can solo carry as a solo B1, doesn't care about your B2 or B3 too because she gives CDR too. Dmg, buff, CDR and burst gauge, she's basically Siren on steroids.

Most Common UR Team - Electric
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Electric
One of the most commonly used teams in top unions.
Crown may be replaced by Nayuta.
Maid Mast may be replaced by Privaty, Summer Anis, or Winter Maiden.
Anis: Star may be replaced by another B1-CDR, such as Moran-Treasure, but the burst generation needs to be covered by a nikke in off burst slot Nikke now, such as Helm-Treasure.
Old Meta OR Saving Anis Star
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Electric
Main Team Rapiless
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Fire
Double Fire 1
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Fire
It is ideal to mock with different subsitutions to find what is best for your account. Your investments can help guide you to what would be the best option for a double hit.
Rei Ayanami can be replaced with Alice or a buffer for RapiRH such as Maid Mast, or even Mihara: Bonding Chain - consequently replacing Mihara in the next team with another unit.
Privaty Treasure may be replaced by Maid Mast.
Double Fire 2
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Fire
It is ideal to mock with different subsitutions to find what is best for your account. Your investments can help guide you to what would be the best option for a double hit.
Helm-treasure may be replaced by an invested Alice, Rei Ayanami, Maid Mast, a DPS like Summer Cinderella or Snow White: Heavy Arms, or another damage buffer.
Triple Fire V2 2
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Fire
Mihara should be the unit with the highest ATK going into full burst. Remember to force Mihara into cover and not shoot with her during her own full burst to take advantage of Miranda's crit buffs.
Ada may be replaced by Maxwell or another buffer that does not steal Miranda's buff from Mihara.
Summer Rosanna may be replaced with Nayuta, since she is more commonly built for players.
Main Team V1 Water
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Water
Crown is ideally used against Chatterbox or Material H, since her shields can help against the numerous jumps CB makes. Hence, players may use this team.
Siren or AnisS can also be a viable option for B1 if more damage is needed. However, Liter/Moran can perform at almost the same level as Siren on Water for most players.
Summer Elegg may be replaced by Maid Mast.
Helm may be used over Privaty(Treasure) or Elegg/MMast if healing is required or if a unit is not built/needed elsewhere.
xLudmilla is a very strong option for Water bosses with core, where she may be used over SElegg or MMast if she is built, or even Privaty(Treasure) if she is not built.
Main Team Alternate Water
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Water
Alternate teams for saving Crown include using Nayuta or Bunny Ade over Crown, but it is ideal to have Elegg skilled up and OLed for these teams rather than the option we have with Crown to use MMast.
B1-CDR options: Anis: Star, Siren, Liter, Moran-Treasure.
Summer Elegg may be replaced by Maid Mast.
Nayuta may be replaced with Bunny Ade.
The Obvious Wind Team
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Wind
Replacing Siren with Liter/Moran for less damage is often a trick used by unions to save Siren for other bosses where more damage is required, since Wind is usually a commonly built element for players and almost everyone is able to deal good damage to it.
Velvet may be replaced by Maid Mast.
Siren may be replaced by Liter/Moran or Siren.
Double Hit T2 Wind
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Wind
There is a reload trrick to Asuka: Wille where you reload yourself before the end of the burst, which can substantially increase her damage.
Rei Ayanami may be replaced by another invested wind DPS like Black Ark Ranger or Laplace: Ultimate Hero, or with an alternate buffer, or with a common high tier DPS like Cinderella: Crystal Wave or Snow White: Heavy Arms.
Triple Hit T2 Wind
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Wind
Alternate Combo Team 1
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Iron
Remember to replace Maxwell with Red Hood or another DPS if the intention is to hit two times only.
Or just use the main team recommended instead of this one if you are planning to hit two times
Grave may be replaced with Nayuta or Bunny Ade.
Centi Treasure may be replaced with Summer Helm or another buffer like Privaty or Maid Mast.
Maxwell may be replaced with Red Hood or Raven if players do not intend to hit three times.
