Review

R units exist to dilute the pulling pool, so either their kits don’t sound reasonable at all, or their stats can’t make up for the kit. Unless you are the simp, do not invest in these units.

Ocean provides a lot of healing, but as we keep repeating through all of our reviews: Heal alone won’t cut it in Nikke. You need to offer more than just heal.
