There was a time when Novel was the meta B2. But as time goes by, her debuff can’t keep up with the current meta (if it became 10s, she would go back to meta supporter again for a lot of meta DPS). Maybe her treasure version will save it? Time will tell.

Pros & Cons

Pros

Her debuff is the highest amount of damage taken in game.
Since it’s another multiplier, it goes super well with meta DPS (saturated in ATK and Attack Damage).
