Soline was super famous back then with the nickname: Nikke killer. Literally! It’s because, due to a bug, she could damage her teammates, resulting in wiping yourself. There’s another bug with her burst that tripled the burst amount. But even with that, it’s not enough to make Soline meta.
There was a time with some weird FPS where Soline could reach 24 shots per sec (normal back then was 20), but it’s fixed with Min Firing Round Adjusted. Now she’s 24 all the time.
