Vesti is one of the three Nikkes that reduce full burst time; the others are Mihara and Isabel. They start a cool concept: By reducing FB time, you can cycle more bursts, which helps explosive bursts like Helm or Cinderella deal more damage. Well, that’s great on paper, but in reality, Vesti can’t do enough to make up for the loss of putting her in the team. Not to mention her burst will reduce your FPS by a lot; sometimes it can even crash your game.
