These are sample layouts from secondary revenue ventures made to maximize ratings and revenue gain. You can use them as reference, in any case that the ratings aren’t maxed out, add furniture or decorations accordingly to fulfill the missing ratings. These layouts will also assume you have unlocked all rating related resonances.
Layouts are made and derived thanks to already existing layouts from Japanese and Chinese Sources.

RATINGS and INVESTMENT
The Maximum ratings are; 30,000 for Comfort and 15,000 each for the rest. There are no Medical and Pet ratings.
The maximum Investment value is "Dividend Ratio 32%", "Tax reduction -5%", and "Raise Ticket 1500" and will cost 12 Million BCRL Coins minimum.
LAYOUT
Island Decoration boosts are applied on each Island unlike carriages where bonuses apply to stack when placed on each carriage. So you only need one of each decoration that has bonuses throughout your island. Use the free space to fill up your missing ratings.
You can use bigger decorations as an alternative for Surfing Equipment Stall (FUN) or Beach Leisure Table & Chair Set (DELICACY).
