Yggdrasil Dig Site Guide
Yggdrasil Dig Site is a tower mode that is present in most gacha games nowadays. Each category is limited by one personality, and you can only use characters of that personality to progress through levels.
There’s no stamina and limit present in this game mode so you can go through them whenever you’d like.
The Yggdrasil stages give you shards which you can use to craft 1-3 Star Apostle Gacha Tickets and 3-star guaranteed gacha tickets inside the Fab Lab. You’ll be able to make a single 3-star guaranteed gacha ticket for every 30 stages you complete. The type of shards you get from this game mode will correspond with the category, so going down the Depressed Tower will give you Shards of Depression.
Recommended teams
Suggested below are various teams recommended for all personalities. Also provided would be various filler units for said teams. These mostly serve as templates that you can change around based on your account and investment. This page will be updated anytime new characters are released.
Depressed
Recommended Characters
- Thanks to the global exclusive character, Yomi, Depressed is the strongest personality by far on release. Yomi can heal, buff, and debuff the enemy while also having great damage herself.
Yomi is a really strong unit; everyone should pull for her while her banner is up.![Yomi]()
- xXionXx is the main Damage Dealer for the Depressed team.
Kidian can rival her damage depending on the cards you have, but being a frontline DPS, she can die very easily due to being squishy early on.![Kidian]()
- Kommy is the main Tank for the Depressed team for the time being. She’s a good option because she can sustain herself with both skills and has good HP with her passive.
![Kommy]()
- Posher plays as a healer, but she’s pretty bad at one. The only reason you may use her is that
Yomi might not be enough sometimes.![Yomi]()
- The last spot can go to either Rim or
Levi. Both are good enough DPS options, but aren't really amazing, so you don’t really need to fully invest in either unless you like their designs.![Levi]()
- Rim can be used as a secondary tank due to her skills.
![Rim]()
Other options
- Festa can reduce the outgoing damage of enemies while also providing various buffs to boost her defense, attack, and attack speed.
![Festa]()
- Chopi is a midline DPS who can replace Kidian if you don’t have her, but remember that lower rarity units are, overall, a lot weaker than 3-star Apostles.
![Chopi]()
Vivacious
There isn’t a proper full composition for Vivacious units at the time; none of the units besides the 3 listed are particularly good, so for the other 3 units, you can go based on what designs you like the most.
- Ui is the team’s healer, utility, and sub DPS. She is a fantastic unit that will stay on the Vivacious team for a long time.
![Ui]()
- Momo is the main damage dealer and can deal a lot of damage with her clones. She is overall a safe investment for the future.
![Momo]()
- Rudd is the only tank option. While she isn’t strong enough for future content, she is good enough until we get other banners.
![Rudd]()
Other options
- Canna can be used as a backline DPS. She can also apply stun. She isn’t very strong enough for future content.
![Canna]()
- Rufo is great for going into the enemy backline to do DPS. While this isn’t particularly useful in Yggdrasil Dig Site, she is alright as a filler unit. We do not recommend investing much into her, though, unless you’re interested in PVP.
![Rufo]()
- Beni can deal AoE Physical Damage and apply a stun to enemies for 4 seconds. There isn’t really anything remarkable about her.
![Beni]()
Madness
Madness is the weakest personality at launch and doesn’t nearly have enough units for a proper full composition.
- Chloe is an amazing tank with great self-sustain that will see use for a long time in Madness teams.
![Chloe]()
- Diana is the main healer for this team, and she is future-proof since she increases damage for all Madness units on the same team.
![Diana]()
Other options
- Maestro MK2 can be a secondary tank for this team.
![Maestro MK2]()
- Shaydi and
Belita can be used as the team’s main damage dealers for now, but don’t get attached to them, since when new Madness DPS units join from the Korean server, they will be dropped.![Belita]()
Innocence
- Vivi is the best tank in the game and will stay that way until
Velacomes out. Not only is she a good pick for Yggdrasil, but she’s also wonderful for campaign and raids.![Vela]()
- Gabia is the primary support for now. She provides an amazing shield that, when destroyed or its duration ends, deals AoE damage to enemies. Her skill also applies straight-up invincibility to the ally with the lowest remaining HP for 4 seconds.
![Gabia]()
- Haley is one of the main DPS for now, who also has great utility with her stuns and damage based on DoT stacks on enemies.
![Haley]()
- Erpin is the second DPS and can also provide buffs for all Innocence allies. She will be staying as a staple on Yggdrasil and raids, making her a safe investment for the future.
![Erpin]()
Other options
- Mago can be a good option to use when the shields on
Vivi and
Gabiaaren’t enough. She slowly recovers the HP of all allies using her Freshman Skill, making her a pretty safe option to add to the team.![Gabia]()
Composed
- Aya is a great DPS pick that increases damage for all Composed allies. This makes her a safe investment long-term for Yggdrasil and raids.
![Aya]()
- Amelia is the second DPS on the team, with lots of utility due to her Senior and Passive skills, applying debuffs pretty consistently.
![Amelia]()
- Erris the main healer of the team with her team-wide passive, which reduces incoming crit damage for everyone, which is great to avoid getting one-shot depending on the combat power difference.
- Velvet is the main tank on this composition… For now, until other options arrive. We are currently not sure if she’s at the level where we can call her a safe investment.
![Velvet]()
- Sylla and
Jade are both filler options for now, providing mostly damage. It is not recommended to heavily invest in them.![Jade]()
- Most Composed Apostles focus on AoE and enemy debuffs, while Syllais one of the few early options for single-target damage on this personality. You can use her for boss stages where your team is lacking damage.
