At the same time, the box applies Corruption, a permanent debuff that increases damage taken by 10%, to both Pandora and one random enemy not yet affected by Corruption. Pandora's Corruption can stack up to 4 times, while the enemy's Corruption does not stack.
Active: Pandora inflicts a random number of unique debuffs on an enemy over the next 10s, prioritizing enemies not already affected by this skill. The number of unique debuffs is equal to Pandora’s current Corruption stacks. These debuffs may include: reducing Haste by 45, reducing Energy recovery by 45%, reducing Vitality by 45, or causing the affected unit’s normal attacks to have a 45% chance to miss. These effects do not stack.

Review
Pandora is an S-Level character of the Support class who belongs to the Dimensional faction. She is notable for having abilities that affect both enemies and allies, including herself, and an Ultimate that also affects both sides indiscriminately.
Pandora’s ultimate, “Panic Projection”, causes all units, including allies, to flee to their side of the battlefield, taking damage and having their ATK temporarily reduced, stacking up to 3 times. However, Pandora herself is not affected by this skill.
Her first skill, “Boxed Blessing”, activates at the start of battle, where Pandora pulls the rearmost ally into her box, making them invincible, but unable to interact with the battlefield during that time. After 4s the ally gains 1000 Energy and a massive ATK buff for 10s. Notably, this skill is already usable starting from 1 copy, which makes her more budget-friendly and arguably a lot better than Thador, who needs M+ and only gives 350 energy, though his version activates instantly.
Her second skill, “Tainted Tribute”, has both passive and active effects. The passive effect allows Pandora to grant the ally affected by “Boxed Blessing” some healing and energy, and grants Corruption to herself and a random enemy not yet affected by Corruption every time she casts any skill. Corruption increases damage taken by 10%, and can stack on Pandora up to 4 times, but does not stack on enemies. The active effect inflicts a number of debuffs on an enemy equal to the amount of Corruption stacks Pandora has, taken from the following list:
45 Haste Reduction
45% Energy Recovery Reduction
45 Vitality Reduction
45% Chance to miss on normal attacks
Now, for a quick overview of her performance in the various game modes:
Story and AFK stages – Pandora has seen quite a bit of usage in afk stages, as one can easily build a team made up mostly of unaffected units, which allows us to repeatedly disable and debuff enemies while healing and providing energy to a chosen hyper-carry.
Dream Realm – Pandora offers HP loss damage, as well as a 10% damage taken debuff, temporary ATK buff to the ally affected by “Boxed Blessing”, and continuous energy regen, which allows the chosen ally to continuously spam their ultimate. Pandora also offers decent personal damage, for a support, and makes the cut in the best teams for some endless bosses, such as Sigmund and Thalassa.
PVP – For PVP, Pandora is a meta warping hero, because she allows a chosen ultimate-reliant hyper-carry such as Cryonaia or Shemira to use their ultimate right away, which can be hard to counter, requiring massive burst damage to kill Pandora during the first 4s of the battle with a stacked Athalia team or similar, and/or Dunlingr to delay the casting of the ally’s ultimate, or ways to kill the hyper-carry such as Baelran damaging Cryonaia during her ultimate.
Cryonaia also gains energy during her ultimate and can therefore repeatedly spam her ultimate if the enemy does not have Dunlingr to keep her in check.
Pandora can also find herself a niche in stall teams thanks to her Mythic+ ability, allowing her to provide value even after death.
Pandora’s energy gain at the start of battle, and her ultimate, are both already usable starting from 1 copy, and can be effective in afk stages, though she may be too squishy for pvp at this low of an investment.
Legendary+ gives her extra max HP, increasing further the more Corruption stacks she has.
Mythic+ allows Pandora’s box to stay on the battlefield casting “Panic Projection” after Pandora dies.
EX +10 makes the stacking ATK debuff of her ultimate permanent on enemies.
Supreme+ makes the ally affected by “Boxed Blessing” unaffected by Pandora’s Ultimate.
We recommended upgrading Pandora to Supreme+ EX +10 for PVE purposes, though she does get an energy gain bump at +15 that may be useful to get an ally’s ultimate out more often, and may be more relevant in PVP and Dream Realm.
Pandora is one of the best PVP supports in the game thanks to providing massive energy regen, and will see use for the foreseeable future, while also being meta in some endless Dream Realm teams, and performing well in AFK stages, making her a must pull for PVP players, and a less urgent but still desirable choice for PVE players.
Massive Energy Regen and Healing source enabling ultimate-reliant hyper-carries.
Can spam powerful debuffs that make enemy teams less threatening overall.
Can still provide value after death thanks to her Mythic+ ability, making her a staple in stall teams.
Still great at low investment,
Indiscriminate targeting of abilities harms both enemies and allies.
Tends to get herself killed due to the self-inflicted damage taken debuff, stacking up to 40%.
ATK debuff also affects allies.
Getting sniped at the start of battle invalidates the best part of her kit.
