If you want to burst every rotation, an Energy Recharge Sands can be used. This has niche value for teams that need Constant healing (e.g., Furina teams, Radiant enemies, or Zibai teams utilizing Harbinger of Dawn).

Is not an enormous damage gain over C6 Gorou.
Linnea is a 5-star Geo Bow user most commonly played as a sub-DPS and sustain. She enables the use of the Lunar-Crystallize reaction which in turn strengthens her kit; this allows her to flexibly deal a large nuke or consistent damage over time as needed, while passively providing buffs to the team and Healing on her Burst. As a Moonsign unit, she also features important synergies with other characters in the faction.
Lunar-Crystallize is a reaction that replaces Hydro Crystallize when certain Moonsign characters such as Zibai, Linnea, or Columbina are on the team. It is triggered the same way, and doing so spawns intangible Geo Constructs called “Moondrifts” that count for enabling the effects of a team’s Geo Resonance; triggering the reaction three times causes the Moondrifts to launch a “Moondrift Harmony” which deals Lunar-Crystallize reaction damage. The aforementioned characters can also deal direct Lunar-Crystallize damage as part of their kits. All Lunar-Crystallize damage is considered Geo damage, and similar to other damaging reactions scales with EM, reaction damage bonuses, ignores DEF, and does not benefit from standard DMG%; unlike typical reactions, it can also CRIT.
Reaction Lunar-Crystallize damage takes into account the level and stats of all characters who contributed to triggering reaction based on their damage dealt to the enemy - 100% of the stats of the strongest participant, then 50% and 8% for second and third respectively. Direct Lunar-Crystallize damage is based on the multiplier and the scaling stat listed in the ability instead of level, but additionally enjoys a hidden 1.6x multiplier to its damage.
Linnea’s Moonsign Passive enables Hydro Crystallize to be converted into Lunar-Crystallize and increases the team’s Moonsign level by 1. It also increases Lunar-Crystallize Base DMG - a separate multiplier to Reaction DMG - based on Linnea’s DEF, to a maximum of 14% at 2000 DEF.
Linnea’s kit revolves around her Elemental Skill, which calls upon her companion Lumi when used; the Skill can also be repeatedly tapped to alter its effects. By default, Lumi will be in “Super Power Form”, dealing a set of two Geo damage instances every 2 seconds. When a Lunar-Crystallize Moondrift exists nearby, however, Lumi replaces every other set of these attacks with an instance of direct Lunar-Crystallize damage; these are the source of most of Linnea’s damage, meaning maintaining Lunar-Crystallize uptime is ideal for her.
When repeatedly tapping the Skill, Linnea instead charges Lumi up to unleash Lumi in “Ultimate Power Form” to deal a single massive instance of direct Lunar-Crystallize damage. The damage multiplier of this attack is equal to four instances of her Super Power Form’s Lunar-Crystallize attacks; considering Linnea usually does 5 instances of Lunar-Crystallize damage a rotation, she can often match the damage she would usually do just with her nuke since it also gains the full benefit of on-field buffs! It does take more time to cast, however, and comes with another drawback — the “Standard Power Form” Lumi enters after using this nuke has Lumi only dealing a weak instance of Geo damage every 5 seconds, reducing the number of Moondrift Harmonies the team will trigger. Still, it gives Linnea excellent flexibility: she can use the high burst of damage to take advantage of limited DPS windows on bosses, quickly clear a wave of enemies, or instantly trigger a boss phase.
The rest of Linnea’s kit is fairly simple. Her Burst refreshes Lumi’s duration in whatever form Lumi was last in, while also having a large team-wide heal while also providing continuous HP regeneration for the active character. Since it has no special offensive utility, it is often optimal to skip her Burst in rotations; that being said, having the ability to heal if needed is great quality-of-life and crucial for certain encounters.
Her Ascension Passives provide important but unexciting buffs to the team. Her first Ascension Passive gives 15% Geo RES Shred by default, while the second Passive provides Linnea with an EM buff worth 5% of Linnea’s DEF. In Ascendant Gleam, her first Passive provides 30% RES Shred instead, while the buff from her second Passive is transfered to the on-field unit if they are a Moonsign character.
Her Normal and Charged Attacks - their ability to farm ore to level weapons notwithstanding - are useless in combat and should not be used.

Moonsign characters increase the Moonsign level of the party by a stage; at level 1, this grants the Nascent Gleam effect. This has almost no benefits of its own, and is mostly relevant for the incomplete effect of certain character, weapon, and artifact passives.
At level 2 and above, however, it grants Ascendant Gleam – unlocking the full effect of the above passives, alongside allowing non-Moonsign units to increase Lunar Reaction DMG% by up to 36% when using their Skill or Burst. This is based on their stats, which varies by element as follows:
All 5-star Moonsign units can additionally enable the use of and buff the Base Damage (separate from Reaction DMG%) of their corresponding Lunar Reaction. For example, Zibai adds 1 Moonsign level while activating and buffing Lunar-Crystallize, while Illuga just adds 1 Moonsign level to the team.
In most situations, Linnea’s gameplay is as simple as tapping her Skill then immediately swapping out. Her Burst is only really used for its healing; it can be used as an emergency button, or simply substitute her Skill in rotations when available at the cost of taking a bit more field time.
Nonetheless, her Multi-Tap Skill does hold important value by cramming Linnea’s damage into a short window where it can also benefit from on-field buffs. Some situations where this can be useful include:
Instantly triggering a boss phase, so the primary on-field DPS has to waste less time with it
Quickly piling on damage onto a boss with a limited DPS window
Clearing out a wave of enemies so the team’s on-field DPS can focus their damage onto the next one
Finishing off a battle quicker, or squeezing in some extra damage before a stage ends
Dopamine
Note that it is possible for Linnea to swap out after finishing the taps on her Skill but before the damage is applied. This causes Linnea to take slightly less field time when using the nuke at the cost of losing out on some buffs like Illuga’s Burst or her own second Ascension Passive.
Favonius WarbowR597.90%DPS - TeamDoesn't factor in Energy Recharge changes for maybe a Columbina DMG oriented Weapon.
Aubade of Morningstar and MoonOne of Linnea’s best options, being great for both her personal damage and the Lunar Reaction DMG buff scaling well with investment into Linnea’s team.
Husk of Opulent DreamsLinnea’s other best option, especially if well-invested. Beats the above for personal damage, and the DEF it provides helps with her A4 scaling to compensate for the team buff.
Silken Moon's SerenadeGenerally worse than the above options as there is almost always a better holder for this Set on the team, but can be better for team damage if there isn’t.If you want to burst every rotation, an Energy Recharge Sands can be used. This has niche value for teams that need Constant healing (e.g., Furina teams, Radiant enemies, or Zibai teams utilizing Harbinger of Dawn).
