Joan functions as a defensive support archer. Her Ultimate deals high damage to all enemies while dispelling all their buffs and prevents them from using Basic Attacks for a duration. Her Active Skill Cleanses all debuffs from all allies and grants them Additional Damage buff. Her Saintess Passive increases all allies HP, whereas her Dissolution Passive increases all allies Freeze Resistance and gives a Shield based on her HP to all Frontline allies.
Joan’s balance patch came on the heels of Lancelot’s release, clearly a hint that she was intended to be a buffer for Lancelot teams. Her HP% and Additional Damage buffs are all stats which Lancelot can scale off, and she can easily mitigate incoming damage with her shield and Ultimate. Joan sees regular use in PvP in Lancelot teams, but can also run as a support in PvE. Outside of Lancelot teams, Joan is a passable defensive support, although you definitely have better options in that regard.
Joan of Arc’s Card Fighting Spirit is still looking for its fated user. It increases the user's Melee and Ranged Defense by up to 72% when at 50% HP or higher. Its Stat Line provides Ranged Attack meanwhile.
This card currently lacks use as the game does not have a Ranged Tank character.

- Lancelot - Clearly intended to be a buffer for Lancelot teams. Her HP% and Additional Damage buffs are all stats which Lancelot can scale off, and she can easily mitigate incoming damage with her shield and Ultimate.

- Manager's Dignity (Enya) - Attack Speed and Additional Damage are both excellent for Archers.
Comments
If none of the above is available, any Card that provides Ranged Attack %, Critical Hit Rate, Crit Damage or Attack Speed would work.
