Lisa is a Chaos Archer capable of both high-hitting sustained DPS and burst damage through her passive. Her Passive 1, Whispers of Jealousy, marks enemies hit with Envy Stacks (Max 6 Stacks), which she consumes to deal damage and reduce her ultimate skill cooldown. Her Ultimate skill deals damage to all enemies and increases her Passive Damage (2s). Her Active Skill deals damage to all enemies. Her Apostle of Jealousy Passive increases her Attack Speed, ATK% and Critical Hit Chance.

Lisa received buffs to her attacks and a rework to her passive following the 19 Feb balance patch. She has a few things going for her now, the most exciting being her ultimate. The cooldown reduction on her passive and the Passive Damage boost on her Ultimate give her a fast-hitting ultimate with a much shorter cooldown. This allows her to fire off her ultimate 3 times in a single raid battle. It also gives her one of the fastest casting and hardest hitting ults in PvP, creating a small niche as a cleave DPS in the current meta, paired with small Morgana.

Lisa has become one of the current premier archer DPSes alongside Nesha, being able to clear waves with impunity and deal very high sustained DPS. In raid content, she would have a good match-up against the Fenrir (taking over or even being paired together with Nesha), MLF (Magic Resistance) and can come close to Nesha’s output in the Chimera raid despite her type disadvantage. However, similar to Nesha, she brings no other utility besides her damage. Her middle row positioning and general frailty are also considerations to have when fielding her in your teams. However, she is an excellent carry to have if you are new and her banner is on rate up.

Lisa’s Card Smile in the Dark is used by Lisa or other Ranged DPS. It increases the amount of Targets hit by the user's Basic Attacks while also decreasing Healing done (to make it not as efficient on Healers). Its Stat Lines increase users' Ranged Attack and Ranged Critical Hit Rate.

This is the best mobbing card for Rangers, even more so for Lisa, who has an insane Mob-clearing focused kit. This effect stacks with Target I/II/III Weapons, making it hit a whopping 5/6/7 targets per attack. It also has a minor niche for healers (especially NEO.Bedivere), allowing them to heal the entire party, albeit at lower values.

Notes: Lisa will usually be paired with Galahad, which provides a massive 250% ATK buff to all Archers and Wizards. This usually means her ATK% stat is saturated and you will get more damage spikes from focusing on other neglected stats.

Synergies

Galahad - Main reason for Lisa’s dominance. Lisa can go all in on Critical Damage thanks to Galahad’s massive Attack% buff.

Cards

Constricting Gaze (Nesha) - Nesha’s best card is also Lisa’s best card, being able to amp both her Basic Attacks and Passive Damage, which are major contributors to her DPS.
Smile in the Dark (Lisa) - Complements her wave clear by letting her hit 6 or even 7 enemies at once. One of her best cards for general Adventure mode, until she unlocks the Sagittarius weapon.
Elgrad Sword Art Journal (Lua) - Lisa’s go to DPS card. Provides big Critical Damage, Additional DMG and Active Skill cooldown reset.
Manager's Dignity (Enya) - Grants Attack speed and Additional DMG, along with a Party wide Additional DMG buff.

Comments

Should none of these cards be available, Lisa can work with any card that gives Ranged Attack %, Attack Speed, Critical Damage, or Critical Hit Rate.
