Morgana is an AoE DPS with the unique ability of dispelling all active enemy buffs. Her passive increases her ATK% and allows her to deal more damage if the enemy is affected by Fear. Her Ultimate skill deals high damage to all enemies and dispels all their buffs. Her Active Skill deals damage to all enemies and dispels all their buffs. Her Awakening Passive increases her own Critical Hit Rate and Additional Damage.
Morgana was one of the first units to get a Balance patch just one month into the game service. Unfortunately, the Devs had no idea what they were doing at the time and she still sees zero action in Raids (aside from some fringe Star Reincarnation seasons) and PvE (which is fine considering how canonically lazy she is). Her dispel is, however, one of the most powerful mechanics to grace the Arena, being able to remove every buff, and with big Morgana (AKA Morgan Le Fay) accelerating all actives to the first few seconds of the fight, little Morgana finally has room to strut her stuff. Shields? Gone. Invincibility buff? Gone. Damage Reduction buff? Gone. With ample protection and CC from your end, Morgana is one of the best wall breakers in PvP.
Morgana’s Card Fairy Queen is primarily used by Wizards. It increases the user's Magic Attack Critical Hit Rate Chance by up to 15% when at 10% HP or higher. Its Stat Line provides Magic Attack to increase your damage further.
Overall it is a useful card and can be used temporarily if you lack better alternatives for Wizards.
