Morgana is an AoE DPS with the unique ability of dispelling all active enemy buffs. Her Ultimate skill deals high damage to all enemies , dispels all their buffs and deals additional damage if the target is affected by Feared. Her Active Skill deals damage to all enemies and dispels all their buffs. Her Magecraft Passive increases her Attack when she is at 50% HP or higher whereas her Awakening Passive increases her own Critical Hit Rate.
Morgana was one of the first units to get a Balance patch just one month into the game service. Unfortunately, the Devs had no idea what they were doing at the time and she still sees zero action as of this time (which is fine considering how canonically lazy she is). Hopefully they do better on the next attempt. Her unique Dispel can come in clutch, but those situations are rare and few between. She does work ok in the Medusa Raid but most players at that point would rather get more damage instead.
Morgana’s Card Fairy Queen is primarily used by Wizards. It increases the user's Magic Attack Critical Hit Rate Chance by up to 15% when at 10% HP or higher. Its Stat Line provides Magic Attack to increase your damage further.
Overall it is a useful card and can be used temporarily if you lack better alternatives for Wizards.
