The distributed damage turned out to be a bug and Biscuit goes back to one of the most annoying walls in PVP. With the release of Anis: Star, Biscuit value has ramped up significantly. There are at least 3 teams that require her now: Moran wall, Anis: Star carry and Blanc protector. Because you can access her Defender protector passive even at 1/1/1, it makes Biscuit one of the cheapest yet most valued supporters in PVP.
The invulnerability to Defender is very valuable against high single-target DPS and SG teams. Can protect important Defenders till they can burst, like Moran, Noah, Anis: Star, Blanc, Bay.
Her buff is super strong on Summer Anis, who can enjoy both ATK buff and lifesteal.
RL so she generates okay burst gen and does not feed Jackal much.
You don’t even need any investment on her, so 1/1/1 no OL works (beware of CP penalty).
Electric, will die under 2 ~ 3 splash shots of Laplace Treasure or heavy RL hitters, which leaves Defender vulnerable afterward.
Investment Tips
PVE investment

4× ATK
2-4× Charge Speed

Max Ammo rolls are required for Burst Gen. However, Biscuit is mostly a unit for PvP now, hence she can benefit greatly from Charge Speed OL.

PVE Comment
While not used anymore in PvE, Biscuit used to supply healing/damage buff for SAnis and support-oriented teams.

PVP Comment
Biscuit is a key unit for defending against frontline/backline pressurers and Distributed DMG dealers.

Resilience Cube

Bastion Cube

Wingman Cube

Healing Cube

Vigor Cube

Adjutant Cube

Healing Cube

Quantum Cube
For PVE, Resilience Cube are the best on Biscuit because she tends to go with Privaty-Sanis team. For PVP, you really want the Adjutant Cube as there you race to use your Bursts before the enemy. Or it can even be a Vigor to stay alive from Scarlet's burst.
