Neon is still the disappointment she was the day we rolled you! Neon had everything to be meta Water DPS back then: Strong Ele buff on self, huge part damage buff, being MG (MG used to be the goat weapon until those skill-damage Nikkes show up). But once we test her burst, everything goes wrong. All Nikkes become stronger of some sort during burst, but Neon becomes weaker. And when more Nikkes are released, she is eventually powercrept. At least her Overspec form is strong, but that’s another character.
Her clumsy in drinking is quite the goat tee hee.
