Review
Guillotine is one of the two self-harm Nikkes; the other is Scarlet. Both gain power based on HP loss, and both reduce their HP as they keep attacking. It’s very annoying to keep Guillotine alive because her peak power starts when she has 1% HP left, and it’s not like she’s excellent or something even with that much hassle.
Huge amount of ATK buff.
Pretty decent DPS as an early unit.
My chuunbiyou can not be this cute.
So annoying to keep her alive.
Fallen out of meta.

Before OL, when you can't access Ammo Increased, a Resilience Cube with Privaty/Summer Anis will actually help her more than Bastion, but it requires you manually playing her (force reload during buff). Post OL, you can roll a lot of ammo on her, thus reduce the depending on Reload comp. Still, Resilience + Privaty are a good combo in Elysion tower.
