Scarlet is a Burst III assault rifle attacker that primarily does anime damage to enemies. Yes, anime damage. Honestly, I don't know why she belongs to AR category if she wields a sword, but at least it looks damn cool!
Scarlet is a high-reward, high-risk character who gets stronger as her HP gets lower. Though compared to Guillotine - another character that has a berserker-like kit - she deals more damage thanks to the Critical Rate and Critical Damage buffs (but keep in mind that they are only active when she's below a certain HP%).
Scarlet's only weakness is that her reload time is pretty long (2.30 seconds), so you need to pair her with characters that can reduce reload speed (Admi, XRupee, Privaty) or increase ammunition capacity to unlock her full potential. Still, even if you play her in a non-optimal way, she's still the best damage dealer in the game.
