Buddy Fairchild was released during the 2.8 patch in the CN version of the game. We translated Buddy Fairchild skills ourselves, as such, there's a chance of localization errors. We will add the official translations as soon as they will be released. Please contact us directly to report any errors.
Mass attack. Deals 300% Reality DMG to all enemies and consumes all [Mark of Friendship] stacks; for every stack consumed, deals an additional 50% Reality DMG. If at least 10 stacks are consumed, this attack is guaranteed to crit. After attacking, grants all allies DMG Bonus +30% for 3 rounds.

Prioritizes Critical Rate/DMG and DMG Bonus. Buddy Fairchild's kit has a lot of ATK and DMG Bonus, so focusing on crit here helps to boost his damage a lot.
