Should You build? (TLDR):
Coppélia is a Mineral Support-Sub DPS unit for the Conduit archetype, specializing in buffing the team’s damage output while providing decreased Energy consumption, while also dealing respectable damage through her Ultimate and Skill 1.
Consider building her if:
You own The Twins;
You plan on building a Conduit team;
MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR: You like her.
Consider saving your resources if:
You don’t plan on building a Conduit team;
MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR: You don’t like her.
One of the core members of the Conduit archetype.
Provides crit-related buffs.
Can act as a Mineral Conduit DPS in a pinch.
Full potential is locked behind having other Conduit units in the team.
Difficult to use outside of her intended team.
Gameplay & Mechanics
As a Conduit unit, Coppélia uses Mineral Energy to cast her incantations. Through her Skill 2, “Clarity in Clefs,” Coppélia provides a teamwide Critical Rate and Critical Damage buff while her Insight allows her to grant the team increased Conduit Might. Upon unleashing her Ultimate, “Song Etched Into Her Form,” Coppélia allows herself and the teammate behind her to increase the frequency of triggering their Conduits via reducing their Energy Consumption while also providing frontloaded Energy Accumulation for that round.
Coppélia’s main function in the team is to generate Mineral Energy while casting her Skill 2 every three rounds to maintain the “Symphonic Unity” buff. She is essentially a passive unit that doesn’t require much actions to perform her job well.
Her gameplay loop can be simplified to:
Cast Skill 2 every round since it doesn’t cost energy;
Cast Ultimate whenever possible, preferably in tandem with the DPS’s ultimate.
Avoid casting Skill 1 in order to funnel as much Energy as possible to the DPS.
Synergies
Since Coppélia is a Conduit unit, her best teammates are the other members of the archetype.
The Atomic Hearts collab unit(s)
The Twins is a designated Conduit DPS, covering for both Mineral and Star Afflatus. The Twins boast strong damage output, which is further amplified by Coppélia’s own buffs. Coppélia’s ability to generate Mineral Energy also lends itself well to The Twins’ Ultimate, which aims to consume as much Energy as possible to heal the highest amount of damage possible.
Regulus with her E2 becomes a Star Conduit DPS unit, which allows her to pair nicely with Coppélia.
Everecho is the designated sustain for the Conduit archetype, capable of providing a steady stream of (de)buffs and Chaotic Energy usable by any Conduit unit regardless of Afflatus.The 3.7 limited unit
Rhiannon is a generalist support, and with her ability to cast her cards for 0 AP, she allows the Conduit team to function smoothly by preventing her cards from clogging the spell dock whilst providing a steady slew of (de)buffs.The Dynamo Wheelchair, consisting of
Enigma and
Charon is a decent alternative for those who wish to run DPS Coppelia but do not have other Conduit units.Charon, Enigma, and PF3 provide tons of universal offensive (de)buffs while providing good survivability.
Charon’s ability to discard his cards and let the ally in front of him cast their ult for 0AP allows him to quickly clear the spell dock to stockpile Mineral Energy, which can then be used by Coppélia during the round she casts her ultimate.

This team revolves around supporting The Twins by providing powerful damage amplification and funneling Energy to them, allowing them to hit absurd amounts of damage with their ultimate.

An alternative team for those that don’t own The Twins, with Regulus taking over as the team’s DPS.

A ragtag team for those that simply wish to use Coppelia but do not plan on pulling other Conduit units. The goal here is to stockpile as many Mineral Energy Cards as possible while steadily building Coppélia’s Harmonization.
During PF3, use all the Mineral Energy cards and unleash Coppelia’s ultimate.
Build
Psychube
The Silent Anthem - Coppélia’s signature chube, and her overall best in slot when ran with the Conduit team. Provides a slight increase to personal damage while further boosting the team’s Conduit Might.
Long Night Talk - Spathodea’s signature chube. A generalist chube that should only be ran if using Coppélia as a DPS using the Dynamo Wheelchair.

Recommended pattern: Aspirational. You’ll want Coppélia to have as much Critical Damage as possible since she shares a portion of her Critical Damage with her allies.
Portrait
As with most 6* units in Reverse: 1999, Coppélia is already complete at P0. That said, there are a few portrait breakpoints that you can aim for if you do decide to go for them:
Portraits 1 and 2 are good stopping points for those who want to maximize Coppélia’s buffing capabilities in the Conduit team. Portrait 4 is your stopping point if you want to increase her DPS capabilities.
