Ultimate Cost: 4
Channels at a select target for 10 sec, continuously dealing 45.0% ATK (M. DMG) to the target and 40.0% ATK (M. DMG) to enemies around it. While channeling, Agares loses 11.0% Max HP per sec. If the target dies, a new target within range will be selected.
[Channel]: A channeled spell with a long cast time. Interruption cancels any effects.

Undying Ember

When Agares is near death, he descends into Flames and cannot be targeted. After 5 sec, he activates Flames of Creation. This state will be triggered early if all other allies are defeated. After Flames of Creation is cast, Agares DMG increases by 50.0%, his next Ultimate costs 0 Bloodsoul, and he doesn’t lose HP from his Ultimate. Can only be triggered once per battle.
[Flames of Creation]: Purifies all debuffs and fully restores HP.
Review
Agares [Incendiary] is an AoE nuker (and one of the best ones at that). His kit revolves around dealing AoE damage while draining his HP. Upon death, he revives himself and makes the next Ultimate cost 0 energy and also not drain his HP. Before dying, he's also untargetable for 5 seconds and cleanses all debuffs on himself; however, this passive can only be used once per battle.

The numbers in the skill levels are placed in this order: Basic / Special / Ultimate. You can find more information about the colors in the section below.
Here's the explanation for all the numbers and colors used in the guide:
- 10/5/7 means upgrading Basic to lvl 10, Special to lvl 5, and Ultimate to lvl 7,
- Blue means the immediate investment when u get the unit (and are using them),
- Orange means recommended investment for F2P players,
- Red means maximum recommended investment, in order to get the best out of the unit.
More info:
- The skill investment list below features a lot of Level 4 and 7 because they are easier to understand. Any higher levels will cost a new type of resource.
- However, you may choose to upgrade to Level 5 if you need a stronger effect instead of 4, as the increase in Blue Manual cost from Level 4 to 5 is still low. The leap only starts from Level 6 onward.
- There is also a leap from Level 3 to 4, so if you want to save a tiny bit of Blue Manuals, then leave at 3 instead of 4.
Priority explained:
- Meta: Most important characters used everywhere.
- High: Good in various PvE content.
- Medium: Good in at least one PvE content.
- Low: Can perform well in some PVE content, but they're niche.
- PvP: These units are mainly used in PvP.
