Letitia is a Crit-Stacking Warrior who mainly focuses on unleashing damage on a single target. She is also the first Oathsworn Vassal for the Synergy system.

Now, let's go over her kit.

Her Talent involves the utilization of the Synergy system, she is the Oathsworn for the Synergy - Windchaser, this synergy provides additional damage and damage reduction along with a stackable buff called Windwing. Each Stack of Windwing provides Crit Rate and Dodge and this can stack up to 40 times, with the help of Windchaser she can also share a portion of these stacks to Windchaser - Initiates.

Her Special deals two instances of single-target attack, and this can activate every 3rd basic attack, which can restore her health for the damage dealt. As she can stack Crit Rate with Windwing, she basically guarantees the HP restoration.

Lastly, we have her Ultimate that deals Massive Damage with its high damage percentage - it also scales from Windwing. Not only that, she also increases the bonus Crit Multiplier of Windwing, and any excess Crit Rate is now converted to Crit Damage. Note that this is capped at 300%.

Overall, Letitia is one of a kind Vassal; she shines the most on bossing content due to her focus on single-target damage. Letitia's value increases thanks to the synergy system, enabling her to use some of Day 1 Vassals as an Initiate that can also benefit from Windwing. There is also the new Tomb of the Fallen - Haunted Sepulcher, where the boss raid in Crypt of Doom, which focuses on dealing Crit Hits to deal with the mechanics. We easily can recommend Peacemaker as her main Artifact and Eye of Truth as a flexible option, considering you unlock Peacemaker late into the game.

Pros & Cons
Pros

  • Great Single-target damage output.

  • Can overcap her crit rate, making echo gear lines focus on more damage lines.

  • Has decent survivability thanks to her HP restoration and Dodge.

  • Synergy buffs she provides are way too valuable, especially for multi-team content.

Cons

  • Requires another vassal to activate synergy, not doing so completely disables half of her kit.

  • As a single-target focus, she has no way of dealing with multiple targets alone.

  • Requires high investment in her ultimate to be more effective when dealing with DPS check mechanics.

Skill Investment

The numbers in the skill levels are placed in this order: Basic / Special / Ultimate. You can find more information about the colors in the section below.

Here's the explanation for all the numbers and colors used in the guide:

  • 10/5/7 means upgrading Basic to lvl 10, Special to lvl 5, and Ultimate to lvl 7,
  • Blue means the immediate investment when u get the unit (and are using them),
  • Orange means recommended investment for F2P players,
  • Red means maximum recommended investment, in order to get the best out of the unit.

More info:

  • The skill investment list below features a lot of Level 4 and 7 because they are easier to understand. Any higher levels will cost a new type of resource.
  • However, you may choose to upgrade to Level 5 if you need a stronger effect instead of 4, as the increase in Blue Manual cost from Level 4 to 5 is still low. The leap only starts from Level 6 onward.
  • There is also a leap from Level 3 to 4, so if you want to save a tiny bit of Blue Manuals, then leave at 3 instead of 4.

Priority explained:

  • Meta: Most important characters used everywhere.
  • High: Good in various PvE content.
  • Medium: Good in at least one PvE content.
  • Low: Can perform well in some PVE content, but they're niche.
  • PvP: These units are mainly used in PvP.

The Recommended and Flex stats listed below aren't placed in specific order. We may order them in the future once we have a better understanding of the damage formula, but currently the order does not matter.
