Vivien is an AoE caster which scales off the Root debuff. Her Ultimate skill deals huge damage to all enemies, increases her Critical Damage and deals additional damage to enemies affected by Rooted. Her Active Skill deals damage to all Frontline enemies, decreases their Attack and deals additional damage if they are affected by Rooted. Her Magecraft Passive increases her own Magic Attack whereas her Targeting Passive increases her own Critical Damage and Critical Hit Rate.
Vivien paired with Tristan and Merlin was one of the stronger Raid teams early into game service, locking down the enemy for large periods of time while dealing Root boosted burst damage. That comp has since seen better days, but Vivien is still relevant for the Dead King Daily Raid battle and will get better once she gets a balance patch.
Vivien’s Card Madness is used by Wizards. It increases the team’s Critical Damage by up to 36% whereas its Stat Lines provides Magic Attack and Critical Hit Rate increase boosting damage potential.
Madness is overall a great Card to have that increases both yours and the team's damage potential.

Her Ultimate Animation has a LOT of Impact.

Dependent on Tristan to apply Root, cannot do it herself.

- Water Dragon's Blessing (Merlin) - General Purpose Magic Attack card with Party wide Attack buff.
- Madness (Vivien) - General Purpose Magic Attack card with Party wide Critical Damage buff. While not as universal as Merlin’s card, still a powerful option if you already have a lot of Attack % buffs.
