The yellow color shows the Primary Attribute and the green Secondary Attribute. Both of those attributes, on top of their normal bonuses, provide additional ATK to the character.
All-Out Offensive
An attack with up to 5 sequences that deals Physical DMG. As the controlled operator, Final Strike also deals 18 Stagger.
Basic attack performed in mid-air becomes a dive attack that deals Physical DMG to nearby enemies.
Basic attack performed near a Staggered enemy becomes a finisher attack that deals massive Physical DMG and recovers some SP.
[Final Strike]: Final Strike is the last sequence of Basic Attack. When the controlled operator's Final Strike hits the enemy, it also deals Stagger and restores some Skill Points (SP).
The Pulverizing Front
SP Cost: 100
[Breach]: Applies Vulnerability on an enemy. If the enemy is already Vulnerability, then consume all Vulnerability stacks, deal Physical DMG, and temporarily increase the Physical DMG taken by the enemy.
[Vulnerability]: Hitting an enemy for the first time with a skill with Physical Status applies Vulnerability instead of the actual Physical Status. A Vulnerability enemy can be Lifted and Knocked Down to add more Vulnerability stacks (up to 4). Hitting a Vulnerability enemy with Crush or Breach will consume the Vulnerability stacks.
[Debuff Consumption]: Various Physical and Arts debuffs can be ended early. For example, Crush consumes Vulnerability debuffs, while Combustion consumes Arts Infliction debuffs.
Full Moon Slash
Cooldown: 17s
Trigger: When Crush or Breach consumes the enemy's Vulnerability stack(s).
[Breach]: Applies Vulnerability on an enemy. If the enemy is already Vulnerability, then consume all Vulnerability stacks, deal Physical DMG, and temporarily increase the Physical DMG taken by the enemy.

"The situation is urgent. I respectfully request a brief on your battle plan, at your earliest convenience."
Pogranichnik is a Rhodes Island operator assigned to Endfield Industries where he serves as a military consultant under the framework agreement between the two companies.
With deep knowledge of military theory and hard-won experience in team combat, Pogranichnik leads his unit through even the most unexpected crises. Once commander of the Shieldguard Banner in the Order of Steel Oath, he and his troops came to be regarded as among the most reliable on the front lines against the Aggeloi. But as the situation on Talos-II grew increasingly complex, he joined Endfield Industries without hesitation. He firmly believes that the Endministrator will lead Talos-II onto a new path, just as he once envisioned.

Umbral Monument
Applies Breach efficiently with Battle Skill.
Gains additional benefits the more Vulnerability he or the team consumes.
His Ultimate has a large AoE that gathers enemies.
SP Recovery capabilities on every ability.
Solid buffs across talents, weapons, and gear choices.
Loses potential when the team isn’t consuming maximum Vulnerability stacks each rotation.
Must decide between Breach or Crush in teams that have both when consuming Vulnerability stacks.
Pogranichnik (Pog for short) is a 6-star, Physical, Sword support damage dealer who specializes in SP recovery and Breach, allowing him to support the team from two different angles while also being a capable sub DPS himself. And as the cherry on top, his Ultimate is also a wide area ‘gather’, capable of grouping enemies with the press of a button. As good as all that sounds, in order to activate Pog’s Combo Skill and actually access his Ultimate in a timely manner, you’ll need to consume Vulnerability stacks with either Crush or Breach, effectively locking Pog to teams that factor in some amount of building and consuming Vulnerability, meaning he isn’t universally useful in every team.
Pog’s Breach is accessed via his Battle Skill, and in Physical teams, keeping it applied to priority enemies is often very well worth your time, even if it costs you a Crush or two over the course of a fight, as keeping its Physical damage taken debuff affecting all your damage is usually worth losing the up-front damage it costs you.
Pog’s SP recovery is present on all three of his non-basic skills, with all of them revolving around the Physical archetype in some way or another. His Battle Skill grants increasing SP based on the amount of Vulnerability stacks it consumes when inflicting Breach, his Combo Skill grants more SP based on the count of Vulnerability stacks the Crush or Breach consumed before triggering it, and his Ultimate grants a large amount of SP but only after fulfilling yet more Physical-related conditions.
To sum it up, Pog is a fantastic support damage dealer for the Physical archetype, but definitely won't be at his maximum potential when playing outside of the Physical game plan.
Pogranichnik’s Battle Skill is how he applies Breach, making it one of his most kit-defining abilities, which will often dictate how you play and build your team. Here’s how it works. On use, Pog performs 2 slashes that both deal Physical damage and Stagger. The last slash, however, also applies Breach, consuming all Vulnerability stacks on the enemy, or, if there are none, applies Vulnerability instead. Consuming Vulnerability with this ability to inflict Breach will also recover a set amount of SP based on how many were present.
The catch with Breach is that using it has a real opportunity cost; if you’re applying Breach, you’re giving up your opportunity to apply Crush trading short-term benefit for long-term power. The ideal scenario is that you’d be able to first apply Breach for its damage taken increase, then, with it active, be able to apply Crush, but due to the limited Nature of SP and the application of Vulnerability, in most teams, this isn’t realistic most of the time. Because of this, when team building and planning your attack plan, it usually pays to know if using Pog’s Battle Skill is on the table or not; it’ll also impact which sets and weapons are best on him as well.
Pog’s combo is directly linked to both his Battle Skill and Ultimate, but fortunately is still universally usable in any team that routinely consumes Vulnerability stacks. It also works whether you’re playing Crush or Breach. To trigger it, an ally or Pog himself must consume Vulnerability stacks on an enemy in order to activate either Breach or Crush. It’s very easy to satisfy in Physical teams, quite challenging outside of them. Using it causes Pog to perform slashes based on the number of Vulnerability consumed to trigger it:
1 Vulnerability = 1 Slash
2 Vulnerability = 2 Slashes
3 Vulnerability = 3 Slashes
4 Vulnerability = 3 Slashes, and the final slash is empowered
Pog will also recover SP based on the amount of slashes performed, with more SP being offered for higher stack sizes, in total here is how much you’ll get for each stack:
1 Vulnerability = 5
2 Vulnerability = 12
3 Vulnerability = 25
4 Vulnerability = 35
As you can see, it pays to get to the higher stack sizes, but that’s not all. Each slash of course deals its own damage and Stagger, so higher Vulnerability stacks also equal more damage for Pog.
Note: Each individual slash of this ability counts as recovering SP separately, which can be relevant for some gear and weapons, especially Pog’s own signature.
Pog’s ultimate is his most complicated and flashy move, but once you understand it, it’s fairly simple. Using it costs 90 energy, and upon activation, Pog summons 4 Shieldguard a distance away from his target. After a short delay, each guard will charge, pushing all enemies in their path toward the target grouping up all affected enemies on the original enemy Pog is focusing on. You can think of this as the first stage of Pog’s Ultimate; in addition to its gather, it also deals damage and Stagger.
The second part of Pog’s Ultimate comes next and is in the form of a buff called Steel Oath. After the initial activation, Pog gains 5 stacks of this buff, with all of them lasting 30 seconds. While the buff is active, any time an operator in the team applies a Physical status (Breach, Crush, Lift, or Knock Down), a stack is consumed in order to summon a Shieldguard to “harass” the enemy the status was applied to.
Each time this harassment attack is triggered, the guard will deal damage and also recover SP. This can happen up to 4 times, after which your stack size will be at 1. Once a single stack remains, the next Physical status inflicted will summon all 4 Shieldguards back to the shield, where they’ll perform a large AoE slam, dealing more damage, Stagger, and recovering a much larger burst of SP.
Last but not least, if churning through 5 stacks of this buff sounds daunting, don’t worry, whenever Pog uses his Combo Skill, each individual hit also consumes a stack, triggering a harassment attack, allowing you to quickly dump stacks to reach the final slam and recover SP in a timely manner.
Note: Just like Pog’s combo, each individual harassment attack, or slam, counts as an individual hit and recovery of SP.
There are optimizations with this ability that allow detail-oriented players to push it further, but first, you’ll need to understand Pog’s talents.
Pogranichnik’s talents are both focused on applying buffs to himself and his team.
His first talent, Living Banner, grants him a stackable buff called Fervent Morale for 20 seconds every time he recovers 80 SP with his own skills (excluding Final Strikes and finishers). Fervent Morale is stackable up to 3 times, and each stack grants 8% ATK and 8 Arts Intensity (up to 24% ATK and 24 Arts Intensity total), but each stack is counted separately, so maintaining all 3 stacks at once is an incredibly tall order. Maintaining around 1 stack is usually realistic, though.
Pogranichnik’s other talent is Tactical Instruction, which is an alternative and easier way for him to gain Fervent Morale, which can also grant stacks to his teammates as well! Whenever an operator triggers either Pogranichnik’s Ultimate Harass of Assault attacks, they’ll gain a stack of Fervant Morale lasting 10 seconds.
All up, Pog has 5 total triggers as a part of his Ultimate, meaning he has 5 stacks up for grabs for either his team or himself. These temporary stacks aren’t a game-changer by any means, but they are a nice bonus that can be optimized around in order to get the most stacks possible on your chosen damage dealers.
Note: Despite not mentioning it, Fervant Morale is capable of stacking up to 3 times on allies that aren’t Pogranichnik.
Depending on who you plan to consume the team's Vulnerability stacks with, Pog’s play style can slightly change. With that said, the basics are generally consistent. Here’s what to look out for:
Use Combo Skill when available to recover SP and trigger Pog’s talents, set, and weapon effects. If possible, aim for a higher stack size Physical status finishers to maximize his damage and SP generation.
Activate Pog’s Ultimate when available to recover SP, ideally at a point of combat where he and allies can take advantage of the damage boost gained through the Fervent Morale buffs it provides. Alternatively, his Ultimate can be temporarily saved for later points in fights to take advantage of its grouping capabilities in order to boost AoE damage; just be careful not to waste too much energy doing so.
Tip: Timing Pog’s ultimate to be used a short time before his Combo Skill will allow your team to quickly fully deploy its soldiers, thanks to each hit of the combo consuming a stack. This is ideal for quick deployment, but may interfere with applying Fervant Morale to your operator of choice.
In teams and encounters where Pog’s Breach is being used over Crush, use his Battle Skill to consume Vulnerability stacks in order to apply it. Higher stack sizes yield a stronger debuff and higher duration, so factor that into your rotations.
Basic Attack = Ultimate >= Combo Skill = Battle Skill
Basic Attack = Ultimate >= Combo Skill > Battle Skill
A small boost to will and Physical DMG%, resulting in a minor damage increase for Pogranichnik, but nothing game-changing.
Reduces the amount of SP required for Pog to gain a stack of Fervant Morale normally through Living Banner from 80 to 60 and increases the max stack size from 3 to 5. Helps somewhat in maintaining higher stack sizes throughout combat, but is mostly useful for raising the cap, which can be relevant after using Ultimate and quickly gaining stacks through Tactical instruction.
Reduces Pogranichnik’s Ultimate Cost by -15%, taking it from 90 energy to ~77, improving accessibility, leading to more SP generation, opportunities to gather enemies, higher damage, and also better access to Pog’s buffs from both his Tactical instruction and The Living Banner talents.
Reduces the cooldown of Pog’s Combo Skill by 2 seconds and increases the SP it recovers by 20% (unique multiplier). This potential can either be a game-changer and drastic improvement to the flow of your teams or a small upgrade to Pog’s SP generation. In teams where other operators each have lower cooldowns than Pog and have to wait for his Combo each rotation, this potential can tighten those rotations, reducing downtime. But in teams where this isn’t an issue, the cooldown reduction will be less impactful.

For Arknights: Endfield we worked alongside Guobafield (Guoba Certified) for some calculations. Calculations not appearing in his videos, as well as any other content (like comments on Weapons), are our own.
The percentages show the performance of the weapon based on calculations, but in some cases, some Weapons might provide additional QOL that can't be quantified and it would push that weapon ahead of others in the priority (and in those cases, we would put that weapon higher).
The solo percentage shows how the weapon impacts Pogranichnik performance if you look at their damage in the vacuum, while the team percentage shows the impact of the weapon when taking into account full team, including buffs etc.
Stat 1 Boost - 9/9
Will: +156
Stat 2 Boost - 9/9
Attack: +39.00%
Passive Boost - 4/9
Physical DMG Bonus: +25.60%
Pog's Signature, which has a collection of ideal passives for him, something very few other Swords possess. It also has an absurd Weapon Effect that significantly buffs him and his whole team, making this the clear and undisputed best choice for him.
Stat 1 Boost - 9/9
Will: +156
Stat 2 Boost - 9/9
Attack: +39.00%
Passive Boost - 4/9
Attack: +16.00%
The next best alternative if you can't get your hand on his Signature. It has good passives and a supportive Weapon Effect which grants the team ATK% when Pog generates SP, something he does a lot, meaning this weapon isn't hard to keep maxed out constantly for him.
Stat 1 Boost - 9/9
Agility: +132
Stat 2 Boost - 9/9
Physical DMG Bonus: +43.30%
Passive Boost - 4/9
Attack: +16.00%
A close third-place competitor with Thermite Cutter that offers higher personal damage for Pog, thanks to its slightly superior passives and personal buffs, but which falls behind after factoring in overall benefit for the team. Not far enough behind the Thermite Cutter that it's worth replacing either with the other if you already have one levelled.
Stat 1 Boost - 9/9
Agility: +156
Stat 2 Boost - 9/9
Attack: +39.00%
Passive Boost - 4/9
Arts Intensity: +48
It has the wrong main stat for Pog and a fairly bad Weapon Effect, making it a bad choice for his personal damage, but it has a lot of passive Arts Intensity plus ATK%, which helps it recover and amplifies Pog's Breach Damage Taken debuff, improving his contribution in overall team damage. If you're consistently maintaining Breach on enemies, this weapon isn't a complete car crash for him, but it's still not great. Avoid using it if you're not applying Breach.
Stat 1 Boost - 9/9
Agility: +132
Stat 2 Boost - 9/9
Critical Rate: +19.50%
Passive Boost - 4/9
Not a good weapon option for Pog, but it's one of the only Swords with Will, which makes it usable even if its other passive effects and Weapon Effect aren't what he wants.
Stat 1 Boost - 9/9
Agility: +124
Stat 2 Boost - 9/9
Physical DMG Bonus: +34.70%
Passive Boost - 9/9
Attack: +14.00%
Another sub-optimal emergency weapon option for Pog if you have nothing else to equip on him. Has Agility instead of Will, but its other passives and Weapon Effect bring it back enough that it's not useless to equip him with.
Stat 1 Boost - 9/9
Agility: +93
Stat 2 Boost - 9/9
Physical DMG Bonus: +26.00%
Passive Boost - 9/9
Last resort option if you're lacking any of the choices above. Has the wrong attribute, leading to wonky passive stats, which are also at a much lower base value, setting it cataclysmically behind his other options in both personal and team damage. Only use it if you have no other Sword options.
The solo percentage shows how the set and gear impact Pogranichnik performance if you look at their damage in the vacuum, while the team percentage shows the impact when taking into account full team, including buffs etc.
Combo Skill CDR +15%. When the wearer recovers SP with a skill, the team gains DMG +16% for 12s. This effect cannot stack.
Pog's team buffing focused set, which slightly outperforms the utility of Swordmancer, assuming the amount of Stuns in a fight remains the same. It wins almost entirely off the back of its DMG% increase. Pog can close to permanently apply this to the team. Although using this set comes at the cost of sacrificing a significant portion of Pog's personal damage.

Stagger Efficiency Bonus +20%. When the wearer applies a Physical Status, the wearer also performs 1 hit that deals 250% ATK of Physical DMG and 10 Stagger. Effect trigger cooldown: 15s.
Has much better damage-focused pieces for Pog, allowing his personal damage to be much higher than wearing Froniters. Also, thanks to the 3P boosts his total stagger output is significantly in addition to introducing an on-hit effect which deals 10 Stagger every 15 seconds. Better if you need the Stagger, but slightly behind in overall team output if you don't. Note: With Swordmancer, our calculations don't reach a new Stagger breakpoint, but if they allowed for an additional one over Frontiers, its overall team damage would be higher. This will also be the case in your own play; if Swordmancer gets an extra Stagger, it can be better, if it doesn't, it can fall behind.

The most optimal flex piece is the Kit slot. Here are the choices to consider using from other sets:
Keep in mind that the gear pieces below are being compared against having nothing equipped on the character at all. This means that in some cases, when you include Weapons, other pieces, outside buffs etc, the values of some pieces may change. For more accurate information, check the section above where we picked the best combination when you look at all pieces equipped.
Pieces marked with a star* can perform better than listed - this applies to:
In this section we're showing the team setup used for the above calculations as well as the damage split for Pogranichnik based on where it comes from. Causes Pogranichnik’s Battle Skill to return 15 SP when hitting 2 enemies. This improvement doubles down on Pog’s SP positive identity but isn’t particularly impactful in most scenarios. Not a useless bonus, but not one to chase.
