Profile
Poltergeist CQC
Casts Poltergeist CQC to perform up to 5 consecutive attacks, dealing Anima DMG. Builds up Modulation points with each hit.
Casts Full-Frequency Pulse to consume Modulation points and enhance the triggered Synced Strike.
Hold Basic Attack during Poltergeist CQC to make Linko strike the current target with both palms, dealing Anima DMG.
Press Basic Attack while airborne to plunge, dealing 1 instance of Anima DMG in an area upon impact. Increases DMG based on fall height by up to 100%.
Sends Xiaozhen to ambush the target every 8s while Linko is off-field, causing Xiaozhen to attack once and inflict a Hit 'Em Here! mark.
Triggers when using Poltergeist CQC after a Critical Dodge. Charges toward the target, dealing 4 instances of Anima DMG in an area and building up Modulation.
"Xiaozhen, Xiaozhen, I've got an idea… What if you threw punches like Ora Puncher? So fast, your fists would be nothing but afterimages!"
"…Why bother? Wouldn't it be faster to knock them out with one good punch?"
"You just don't get it! It's an art form!"
Full-Frequency Pulse
Channels Esper Ability upon casting Full-Frequency Pulse, bombarding the target with ghost energy to deal up to 4 instances of Anima DMG and calling Xiaozhen or an ally to perform a Synced Strike. Opens a selection wheel to choose Xiaozhen or an ally, then performs the selected character's Synced Strike, dealing DMG of the corresponding attribute. Grants this Synced Strike a DMG Bonus and consumes all accumulated Modulation, converting it into an additional DMG Bonus.
Briefly pauses the battle timer while selecting the attacker and initiating the Synced Strike.
Replaces an ally's position on the wheel with Xiaozhen if the ally is unable to act or is not on the team. Grants Xiaozhen's Synced Strike an additional DMG Bonus for each additional Xiaozhen on the wheel.
Enable Auto-Cast Skills under "Settings > System Features" to have the first ally in the team perform Synced Strike by default.
"Watch this! Our red-hot tag-team finisher…"
"…Wait, kid. Did we even know that person?"
"Didn't catch who it was, but the combo worked!"
Oversync
Enters Overdrive upon casting Oversync, deploying a Resonance Field for a set duration and Syncing with up to 3 allies. Allows Redirect Skill to be pressed to call on Synced allies in sequence to perform Synced Strikes, up to 3 times. Deals 1 additional instance of Anima Area DMG when a Synced Strike is performed within Resonance Field.
Ends Overdrive when its duration expires or when Oversync is pressed again, releasing an overloaded noise burst that deals multiple instances of Anima Area DMG and 1 instance of Anima Burst DMG to all enemies within Resonance Field. Increases this Anima Burst DMG based on the number of different debuffs on each target.
Extends Resonance Field for a set duration after Overdrive ends. Counts Support Skills triggered by allies within Resonance Field as Synced Strikes, treats their DMG as Follow-up Attack DMG, and grants them the bonuses from Precision Tuning, Starlit Whispers, and The World Answers.
Enable Auto-Cast Skills under "Settings > System Features" to have allies perform Synced Strikes in sequence by default.
No signal is ever truly lost. No one is ever beyond reach. No call goes unheard, and no distance can keep us apart…
The airwaves will always bring us together, until meeting for the first time feels like finding each other again.
Spectral Cross
Strikes the target together with Xiaozhen, dealing 1 instance of Anima DMG in an area.
Summons an ally to perform a Synced Strike by breaking a Hit 'Em Here! mark, casting Full-Frequency Pulse, or casting Oversync. Scales Synced Strike's DMG Ratio with Spectral Cross's skill level.
"What if some creep comes after me when you're not around…?"
"Run. Those tiny legs of yours can really move."
"No way! Wait, I know. I'll hit them with the TV!"
"No. Absolutely not. Under any circumstances."
Weakness Radar
Hexed Enhancement: Increases the base DMG of additional Follow-up Attacks from Hexed to 30% while Linko is on the team. Targets affected by Hexed take 10% more Follow-up Attack DMG.
The faint static in that frequency felt like a crack no one else could see. How had it formed? And why did it refuse to heal?
Sometimes, for just a moment, the thought left her quietly heartsick.
Precision Tuning

Review
Has a unique mechanic called Synced Strikes, which functions similarly to a normal Support Skill but doesn't replace it or rely on the Cycle Gauge. It's the core of her kit and can work in any team regardless of attributes.
Excellent Follow-Up Attack support, Synced Strike counts as Follow-Up Attack DMG. has a Hexed Enhancement which increases Follow Up Attack damage and causes Hexed targets to take additional Follow Up Attack DMG also
Her Ultimate can sync with up to three teammates, with her Resonance Field turning their Support Skills into Follow-Up Attack DMG and enabling a large amount of Follow-Up Attacks and it deals a lot of damage.
Can automatically trigger a Synced Strike when an ally uses a Redirect Skill on an enemy marked by Hit 'Em Here, allowing her to contribute even while off-field
Can lower enemy Esper Ability Resistance based on the character triggering her Synced Strike, giving the team a DEF shred of sorts essentially. Different Resistance Reduction effects can also coexist on the same enemy.
A great traversal character, her slingshot movement lets her fly long distances, making her one of the best characters for getting around outside combat.
Needs to build up Modulation to get the most damage out of her Synced Strikes.
Has some strong Awakenings, with A5 allowing her Synced Strikes to trigger Cycle Effects and A6 giving them Crit Rate and the Charge effect, all of this is locked behind her dupes and is not in her base kit.
Linko is an Anima Quickswap character whose attacks are mostly AoE. She has a unique Sync gameplay style where she can call Xiaozhen or one of her teammates to launch a Synced Strike, which is the core of her entire gameplay.
Synced Strike is a unique version of a sort of Support Skill type mechanic where the DMG is counted as Follow-Up Attack DMG. This is particularly useful because Linko is the first character in the game with a Hexed Enhancement. Another unique aspect is that the DMG attribute of the Synced Strike matches the character who launches it. So, when synced with Xiaozhen, the ghost attached to Linko, it deals Anima DMG, while syncing with Sakiri, for example, makes it deal Incantation DMG. Also worth noting Synced Strike’s DMG Ratio scales with her Support Skill level.
Synced Strike doesn't replace the Support Skill mechanic or interact with the Cycle Gauge. Instead, Linko activates it through her Redirect Skill, Full Frequency Pulse, which deals DMG and then lets her immediately choose a teammate to sync with. When a Synced Strike is ready, a separate radial menu appears on the side of the screen, replacing the usual character portrait switches and letting you choose which teammate to sync with and launch the attack.
Using a Synced Strike consumes Linko's Modulation, a gauge that builds up when she attacks enemies with her Basic Attack and Critical Riposte and is spent through her Redirect Skill. The more Modulation she consumes, the higher the DMG of the resulting Synced Strike.
When Linko is off-field, Xiaozhen can mark an enemy with "Hit 'Em Here". When an ally hits the marked target with a Redirect Skill, Linko is automatically called in to perform a Synced Strike, also gaining Modulation and Cycle Energy. Only one mark can exist at a time and it has a duration limit. When Linko consumes the mark herself, she instead triggers a Synced Strike with Xiaozhen.
Her Ultimate, Oversync, pushes her into an overdrive state where she can sync with up to three teammates at once. During this state, she sets down a Resonance Field, which is what causes her teammates' Support Skills to be counted as Follow-Up Attack DMG. At the end of the state, she deals a bonus burst of AoE DMG, with the damage increasing based on the number of debuffs on enemies. This Resonance Field is the key to stacking a large amount of Follow-Up Attack DMG during her Ultimate window.
Linko also has a Hexed Enhancement, making her the first character in the game to have it. She increases Follow-Up Attack DMG from Hexed to 30% while she's simply on the team, and targets affected by Hexed also take 10% more Follow-Up DMG. This means, for example, the load of Follow-Up Attacks you'll deal during her Ultimate window will hit extremely hard.
Her other passive reduces the target's Esper Ability Resistance based on the attribute of the character who triggered the Synced Strike, and more than one Resistance Reduction effect for different attributes can coexist on the same target. However, the same effect won't stack. So, both of these passives will essentially boost your DMG, with one directly increasing Follow-Up Attack DMG and the other functioning like a defense shred.
Outside of combat, she can also fly through a slingshot-like mechanic. The longer you hold, the farther she flies, and you can glide for quite a while. For movement outside of combat, this might be the best character for traversal so far.
Essentially, Linko's gameplay is about building up her Modulation meter, then using her skill to trigger a Synced Strike and going from there. Once you have her Ultimate, you can take this even further by syncing with multiple teammates and stacking a ton of Follow-Up Attack DMG during the duration.
Best Build
Linko best Arcs (Weapons) are placed in order of what fits their playstyle the most. Check the comments to get additional context. Also, if you go to the Calculations tab, you will find information about the team setup used for the calculations.
Anima DMG % > Crit DMG % > ATK % > Cycle Intensity
Crit Rate % > Crit DMG % > DMG % = ATK % > Cycle Intensity
Crit Rate can be a helpful main stat when using an Arc that does not have Crit Rate. Just be wary not to overcap.
HP: 20,000+
ATK: 2000+
Crit Rate: 90%+
Crit DMG: 90%+ (before set bonus)
Universal DMG: 15%+

SubDPS
Main DPS
Linko is an Anima debuffer and Burst DPS that mainly functions as a Sub DPS. She doesn’t have a set rotation pre se, since she has low field time. Here’s some information about her kit and how it works so you can better understand how to play her and what to think about when using her on your teams!
This is built up by using Basic attack or Linko’s Synced Strike. It buffs her skill damage, but not by such a big amount that it is worth basic attacking to stack this. Just let it accumulate passively as you use Synced Strikes and occasionally buff skill damage.
Every 8 seconds in combat, Linko applies a ghostly mark debuff on the enemy. Whenever an ally uses their Redirect Skill, Linko will follow up with an attack that deals good damage and builds her Modulation bar.
This debuff will refresh every 8 seconds, regardless of if the previous one was used or not. If Linko is on field during the 7th second, but switches off before the 8th second, it will still apply properly. It seems to tick the timer down even when she is on field, so long as she isn’t on field when the debuff is trying to be applied.
These are attacks that look like the support skill animation for a character, and they are triggered when using Linko’s Skill or Ultimate and scale with Linko’s Support Skill damage.
The Synced Strikes triggered by Linko’s skill and Ultimate are the abilities that apply the 8% res shred to the enemies. Since this is based on character’s support skills, it is possible for it to miss on occasion for characters that have a melee-range support skill.
When using Linko’s Skill, you can swap off of her during the animation, but before the selection wheel comes up, to automatically have her use Xiaozhen’s Synced Strike.
Swap to Linko to use her Redirect Skill and then pick the main DPS to Sync Strike so that the uptime on their res down debuff is at 100% between Linko’s Ultimate and Redirect Skill usage.
When paired with Iroi, her charged attack will still occur during the “time stop” from Linko’s Skill and Ultimate.
