Review
Extremely high burst ceiling once she enters enhanced ultimate state, letting her defeat clustered enemies quickly.
Very strong AoE value, thrives when there are multiple enemies to farm stacks from.
Ultimate charges faster over time because stacking also feeds energy gain.
High payoff character when you play around timing and counter windows correctly.
Delivery Driver brrrr (Bonuses in the minigame + she can automatically complete 1 delivery per day.
She unlocks the Hamster Ball in the house/apartments, which can give you free modules.
Very Ultimate locked, outside of it her damage drops a lot. Her ultimate can be hard to hit against moving bosses.
Stack gain can be unreliable depending on enemy type and how often they attack.
Really likes Charge.
Hathor is a Lakshana Attribute character and she plays like an on-field quick swap character with strong AoE burst damage.
Her gameplay focuses on accumulating stacks of Express Delivery Power, which is the energy required for Cyclone Strike. Each stack also grants her 5 Ultimate Energy, not affected by charge efficiency. She gains these stacks in multiple ways, such as defeating enemies through her Passive, Efficiency Boost, using her Redirect Skill, Aerial Command, which immediately grants 2 stacks, and holding the skill, which increases its power for 5 seconds and grants 3 stacks of Express Delivery Power when the target attacks or hits Hathor or an ally during this time. Her Character Trait gives her stacks passively. She can also trigger critical ripostes, which grant Express Delivery Power on hit, up to 1 stack every 5 seconds.
Cyclone Strike is part of her Redirect Skill set and consumes Express Delivery Power while she is in Emergency Delivery status. To enter Emergency Delivery status, you must activate her Ultimate, Rider Express. This is a damage-dealing Ultimate that places her in the Emergency Delivery state. During this state, she stops gaining Express Delivery Power. Aerial Command is upgraded to Cyclone Strike in this form, and she also gains increased movement speed along with an ATK bonus based on her stored Express Delivery Power stacks.
It’s best to have some kind of Cosmos ally on her team to utilize her Remora Enhancement, which buffs crit rate by 10% when attacking an opponent inflicted with Remora.
Essentially, her playstyle revolves around building up stacks of her unique resource, then casting her Ultimate to enter an enhanced state. While in this state, she gains buffs and access to an upgraded skill that consumes the stacks she has built. Hathor is very Ultimate reliant, and she gains Ultimate Energy each time she accumulates stacks. She is extremely strong in burst situations, especially in AoE scenarios. You want to consistently trigger critical ripostes to help maintain and build her stacks, making her heavily dependent on enemy attack patterns in boss fights.

Provides 10% Lakshana and 28% Crit Rate, which can be kept up 100% of the time with an instant cycler like MC in the team.
Required pieces:

Teams & Synergy
Remora Team
This team can trigger both Remora and Stain to buff Skia’s personal damage. The goal would be to trigger Stain and then Remora, to get as much damage under the 20% damage and 12% crit buffs as possible.
Hathor Hypercarry Team
This team can trigger both Stain and Charge. Ideally the order you would want to trigger things in is Blossom > Stain > Remora (Charge) with Hathor being the one to trigger the Charge reaction and stay on field for the energy. Additionally, if Hathor doesn’t need the energy, you can use this team to trigger Charge first and give Haniel energy for her Ultimate and then switch off of her onto Hathor for the maximum Stain duration.
Awakening & Calculations
In NTE, you can freely choose Awakening Effects, so you are not forced to unlock them in a specific order, and you can unselect them at any time.
Thorn Dominion (A2) -> Elite Courier (A1) -> Daily Life Walkthrough (A6) -> Regular Sandwich (A5) -> Engine Resonance (A4) = Lost Wings (A3)
Elite Courier (A1) and Thorn Dominion (A2) are your first two pickups as they directly improve her stack generation loop. Elite Courier (A1) frontloads a ton of stacks at the start of combat, which not only gets her first Cyclone Strike rotation going immediately but also gives her an extra shot at Ultimate Energy in an ideal scenario. Thorn Dominion (A2) gives her better and more consistent stack generation overall, making her rotations much smoother.
Daily Life Walkthrough (A6) and Regular Sandwich (A5) come next as her main damage boosters once her stack loop is stable. Engine Resonance (A4) and Lost Wings (A3) are picked up last, both still boost her damage but are just lower priority. Engine Resonance (A4) stacks up Crit Chance nicely within an Emergency Delivery window, and Lost Wings (A3) is great against non-Boss targets.
Hathor dupe calculations show the relative gain of each Awakening compared to the 'base' character without any active.
This grants a large burst of Express Delivery Power stacks the first time you hold the Redirect Skill in battle, frontloading her stack generation right at the start of combat. This is one of your first two pickups since it gets her first Cyclone Strike rotation going immediately and gives +1 Ult in an ideal scenario, making her opening burst significantly stronger.
This grants Express Delivery Power whenever Excellent Rating Lock and Five-Star Tracking naturally expire, giving her a more consistent source of stacks throughout the fight. The raw calc shows 0% but don't pay attention to that, this is what makes her rotations run much smoother overall and is the other half of your first two pickups alongside A1.
This gives her a flat damage increase against non-Boss targets. The raw calc shows 0% here since calculations are done against bosses, but this is actually great in content with regular enemies and groups, so keep that in mind when deciding how much you value it.
This stacks up Crit Chance on her next Cyclone Strike each time she casts it during Emergency Delivery, clearing when the state ends. It's a decent damage boost within her burst window but it sits at the lower end of priorities since her core loop is already running well before you get here.
This ramps up her damage based on how many Express Delivery Power stacks she has accumulated, building up over the course of combat. It's one of her main damage boosters once her stack loop is stable and a solid pickup after A1 and A2.
This gives her a significant Crit DMG boost while she's in Emergency Delivery state, which is exactly when she's hitting the hardest anyway. It's right alongside A5 as one of her main damage awakenings and a natural next pickup.
R3 is a generic skill level increase, and all calculations are Raw Gain with no other Awakens included.
R6 lets her ignore a portion of the target's DEF while she's in Emergency Delivery state, applying consistently across all her hits during that window. It's a clean and reliable damage boost that fits naturally into her playstyle since you'll always be in Emergency Delivery when you're doing her heaviest hitting anyway. Calculations are Raw Gain with no other Awakens included.
