Tips and Strategy
While not necessary, a shielder, a healer, or a taunter can protect your team against this boss and reduce the number of times you need to be in cover.
Shielders and cover repairs such as
Crown and 
Liter are particularly useful against AoE attacks, i.e. Surging Ripple and Ascending Waterfall. If you need to cover, learn the perfect timing to reduce DPS loss. These attacks have a very long wind-up time.Taunters such as
Moran (Treasure) help ignore single-target attacks. Instead of the originally targeted unit, if necessary, cover the taunter instead.Violet Torrent, the laser from the upper body, targets the highest ATK.
Rushing Streams and Approaching Horizon target randomly. If these deal enough damage that you need to cover or dodge, you may want to restart the game until they don’t target your DPS, as covering them results in damage loss.
This boss repeats a certain pattern that is slightly different in Phase 2 from Phase 1. In Phase 2, the boss launches Tears of Silence first before activating Abyssal Veil. This can be very important for damage optimization.
Tears of Silence disable the use of Burst Skill if they hit your units for 5s. If another Full Burst is about to begin, make sure to destroy them through AoE or targeted shooting.
Anis: Star can make a team fully ignore them.Avoid having your non-True DMG soaked by Abyssal Veil. Switch up rotation orders or delay big attacks. Make sure to enter Full Burst before 02:56. Stalling QTEs can help. In fact, if you stall long enough, the final Ascending Waterfall will land as the stage timer hits 0, so you don’t have to cover it.
That said, the maximum time for the QTEs is very strict. When you stall, pay attention to the timer at the top. During Full-screen QTE, 3 circles will appear one after another in a triangle. Then, the 4th one appears in the middle. This one is much more durable than the rest. Pre-aim their spawn spots if you want to rush.
There are 2 Patterns
Note that, not stalling also comes with a benefit—the boss’s Effective Range on the core favors SR longer in Phase 2, and the faster you clear Phase 1, the longer Phase 2 becomes.
Effective Range
Unlike Liberalio’s Body in Campaign, the SR version has a core in both Phase 1 and 2. It is more beneficial to aim at it than look around for Effective Range (a blue crosshair). However, if you are using SGs, prioritize pellets landing over hitting core. Some attacks have perfect accuracy, such as 
Dorothy: Serendipity’s Pierce Shots. These must land on the boss’s core.
The Ascending Waterfall attack can obscure the position of the core. Make sure to turn on aim assist and lock onto the boss’s core before the animation begins. There are also swift movements, e.g. boss darting out of screen, boss flying back in, and boss tumbling after breaking Phase 2 QTE.

Solo Raid 41 - Three Water Together Strong

About the team
The standard Water team great against bosses with core. The 3 DPS buff one another. Helm and Elegg: Boom and Shock have frontloaded damage that synergizes well with Liter. All of them benefit from Crown's Reload Speed. Helm's colossal burst gen allows the team to benefit from Liter's very fast CDR. Helm provides the team healing on top of Crown's Shield.
Manual Helm to interrupt post-attack animation to make her shoot faster. Pre-charge Helm and release Full Charge after Full Burst ends for a quick burst gen fill. Manual-reload Ludmilla: Winter Owner when her Reload Speed▲ (lasts 20s) is about to end. If SElegg is well built, Burst with her twice, both after accumulating 13 ghosts.

You can use Nayuta instead of Crown.
You can use Moran (Treasure) or Rapi: Red Hood instead of Liter.
Solo Raid 41 - Yellow Numbers

About the team
This team utilizes Zwei + Mint's near 100% Critical Rate to make SWHA's numbers turn yellow. Privaty increases Reload Speed and applies Damage Taken. Zwei and Mint also increase her Pierce DMG, and Siren gives CDR + Damage Taken. Both Zwei and Mint improve survivability through cover repair and healing.
Burst with Mint + Privaty first and aim for 14 max-duration Full Bursts. Manual SWHA to interrupt post-attack animation to make her shoot faster. Stall QTEs a bit to avoid having SWHA's Burst blocked by Abyssal Veil.

If SWHA doesn't have a lot of Crit DMG OL, we recommend using Miranda (Treasure)'s variant instead.
You can use Crown or Nayuta instead of Mint if you want to use Idols together in another team.
You can use Guillo: Winter Slayer, Diesel: Winter Sweets, or Ada Wong instead of Privaty (Treasure).
Solo Raid 41 - Maids: Rampage of Bread
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Water

About the team
Maids grant Distributed DMG▲, which Bready and Phantom love. Phantom applies Damage Taken that buffs the entire team's damage. Anis: Star buffs Anchor's Explosion DMG.
Burst with Anchor + Phantom first and manual Anchor outside Full Burst for burst gen. During Full Burst, alternate between Bready and Anchor to interrupt Bready's post-attack animation and spam Anchor's basic attacks for DPS.
Substitutions
You can use Liberalio or Diesel: Winter Sweets instead of Phantom (Treasure).
You can use Quency: Escape Queen or Neon: Vision Eye instead of Bready.
You can use Cinderella: Crystal Wave instead of any B3.
You can use Neon: Vision Eye/Scarlet: Black Shadow + Liberalio/Alice as both B3s.
Solo Raid 41 - A Café With Flowers and Bunnies

Featuring the newest DPS, BGuilty and BSin tag-team to vanquish Liberalio's Body. Stay in Engage mode and pair them with Flora and Takina for True DMG▲.
Ideally, manual Takina outside Full Burst for burst gen, but she would need Max Ammo OL. If not enough Max Ammo OL, you can manual Sin instead.
Substitutions
You can use Liter or Rapi: Red Hood instead of Moran (Treasure).
If the boss has a core, such as in this SR, Naga can be used instead of Takina, but the damage will be significantly less.
Solo Raid 41 - Black Typhoon of Serendipity

About the team
The standard Shotgun team. SDoro is the primary DPS. Sugar buffs Water Code Shotgun allies and deals decent damage herself.
When Sugar's Full Burst ends, shoot 2-3 times with SDoro, then manual-reload. Try to time the reload so that it finishes immediately after entering SDoro's Full Burst. Keep shooting and repeat the process later. No need to manual-reload before Sugar's Full Burst.
Ensure SDoro's Pierce Shots land on the core.
Substitutions
Arcana: Fortune Mate can be replaced with Nayuta, Leona, or any B2.
Sugar (Treasure) can be replaced by Drake (Treasure) but less damage.
Solo Raid 41 - Crystal Thief
Mode: Union / Solo Raids || Element: Water

An alternative team featuring QQ as primary carry alongside multiple sub-DPS. Phantom applies Damage Taken, buffing the entire team's damage. Nayuta keeps the team healthy and buffs QQ's Core Damage. Anis: Star gives burst gen.
Burst with MastM every 3rd rotation. Manual Anis: Star for burst gen. Delay the first QTE slightly.
Substitutions
Phantom (Treasure) can be replaced by Cinderella: Crystal Wave, Bready, or Neon: Vision Eye.
Solo Raid 41 - Snow White in Spotlight

An alternative team for players without Zwei (Treasure) or Miranda (Treasure). This team utilizes both Idols to hyper-buff SWHA.
Burst with Prika + Privaty first, then Mint + B3 from that point on. Aim for 14 max-duration Full Bursts. Manual SWHA to interrupt post-attack animation to make her shoot faster. Stall QTEs a bit to avoid having SWHA's Burst blocked by Abyssal Veil.
Substitutions
You can use any B1 CDR (except Liter and Volume) instead of Rapi: Red Hood. Liter's and Volume's 5s buffs cannot buff SWHA's 2nd Burst shot.
