Ithos, being a full-time Healer, means he doesn't really do damage but instead just fully heals allies with his Basic Attack and Skills, but since just healing would be bland, he has other effects on top of just regular healing, expect him to keep your team alive as long as possible.
Playstyle and Key Mechanics
Ithos has 3 Green Cards and each of them has different effects aside from just healing, so let's go over each of them.
For the first green card, we have [Perception Intervention], a 2-cost card that will mark an ally for 8 sec which heals them 5% max HP per second and they take 50% less DMG in the duration.
Next is [Induced Awakening], a 1 cost card that instantly heals an ally for 25% of their max HP and cleanses control and damage effects from them, and he immediately draws another [Induced Awakening] from the deck to hand.
Lastly, his ultimate [Pact]. When casting, he saves an ally that takes lethal damage and heals them for 20% of their max HP at the cost of 20% of his health when used within the duration. This also draws or retrieves a [Perception Intervention] from the deck or discard pile.
Investment
Ithos awakening involves more healing sources and small enhancements. Let's check them one by one.
Awakening 1 - Whenever Leader Skill is used, all allies get healed for 5% of their max HP as if they are equipped with Simulated Stars
Awakening 2 - Enhances Induced Awakening effect by adding 2% ATK or DEF, depending on whether above or below 30% Max HP
Awakening 4 - Effectively heals all allies for each card discarded with the discard action, making him a good fit for teams that rely on the discard action, like Dorothy teams.
Awakening 5 - Basic ATK also heals himself and its effects are doubled.
Resonance
Resonance 1 — Extends the duration of [Perception Intervention] and [Pact] for another 2 seconds.
Resonance 2 — Enhances [Perception Intervention] by making it also reducing the cost of the next used card of the marked Ally by 1.
Resonance 4 — If the marked ally is attacked, add an [Induced Awakening] from the deck or discard pile. This triggers every 10 seconds.
Resonance 5 — Enhances [Pact], when it is in effect; all allies receive double healing and whenever an ally takes lethal DMG, he also grants them [Invincibility] for 3 seconds. This will also generate a [Reverengy] in your deck/

UR Kageha Tanto: At the start of battle or whenever your deck is shuffled due to card depletion, draws a card, prioritizing a Red one.
SR Viscera Collector MK 0: Using [Leader Skill] restores 0.4 Cost. This effect stacks.
Armor:
UR Cactus Plate Armor: Playing a Green card with a cost of 2 or more restores 0.5 Cost.
SSR Simulated Stars: Using [Leader Skill] restores 5% HP. This effect stacks.
SSR External Memory Matrix: Max damage taken per hit is 33% of Max HP.
SSR Black Rock Armor: Reduces the wearer's final DMG taken by 10%. This effect stacks.
SR Resonance Fiber: When own skill card is used, restores 2% of Max HP.

UR Octadragon Formation: For every 8 cards drawn, restores 0.8 Cost.
UR Hulton Balloon: Draws a card after playing a 3-cost or higher Yellow Card.
SSR Mobius: Cards in your hand are replenished 0.25 seconds faster. This effect stacks.
SSR Divinity Seal: Gains 2 Cost at the battle's beginning. This effect stacks.
SR Magic Spring: Restores 0.02 Cost per second. This effect stacks.
