Is Rerolling Worth it?
If you're interested in rerolling you have to know that it's a bit tricky to do in Etheria: Restart.
Limitations
- There are no Guest Accounts available - neither on PC or Mobile,
- This means you will need a new email for every reroll attempt - or alternatively, use the salt method,
- If your email is abc@gmail.com, add +numbers (anything is fine, but numbers make tracking the accounts easier) which makes it abc+1@gmail.com. Any email (with the login code) send to abc+1@gmail.com will be sent to abc@gmail.com instead.
- Once you're done rerolling, you can just bind the account to a normal gmail account for ease of logging in without the code,
- Only gmail works for the salt method,
- There's an alternative to salting and that's using something called proxy emails (like 33mail, ProxiedMail etc). It allows you to create 'temporary' emails that will redirect everything to email of your choosing. It's like salting, but with extra steps.
- Emulators that are working (in case you want to do multi-reroll):
- LDPlayer or Memu - for PC.
- BlueStacks - for Mac and Linux.
Despite all that, rerolling is definitely worth in Etheria: Restart - the process isn't that long and it will allow you to start with additional SSR character - or even more if you want it.
Reroll process
It takes roughly 15-20 minutes per reroll in Etheria: Restart. Here's what you will need to do:
- Finish the Prologue and always use the Skip button in top right corner - it allows you to bypass the story and/or videos,
- During prologue, the auto-battle and x2 speed are disabled, so you have to do each fight manually,
- Make sure to use Gray S2 skill first as it buffs all allies and he gets then another turn and you use his S3 to deal AOE damage and have a chance to inflict DEF- on enemies,
![Gray]()
- After the Prologue you will be forced to do a single pull - you will obtain Lian from it. She will replace Sybil and be your main carry moving forward,
![Lian]()
- Next, you will have to do the Main Story and finish chapter 1 to unlock the Mail feature,
- Once you finish stage 1-3, you will be forced to do a 10-pull on the Standard banner,
- After that, the tutorial will stop forcing your hand and you get get goodies from the mail and use codes to get more pulls!

So in total, you're able to do around 55~75 pulls on the RGB banner. That's quite a lot - actually nearly enough to hard pity the Standard banner, but usually you will get at least 2x SSR characters or more each reroll! If you decide to reroll with the Beginner LD Banner (

What banner to pull on
You have two choices here:
- Reroll on the Beginner LD Banner for Plume if you did not get her from your initial RGB pulls,
![Plume]()
- Reroll on the RGB Standard banner to get a high-priority LD character (0.08~0.1% for the high-priority Animuses, 0.25% total LD rates), then pull for Plume.
![Plume]()
The choice here depends on how much time you’re willing to spend rerolling:

Note that even though it’s possible to reach pity on the Beginner LD banner, spending so many crystals on a single Animus is not recommended, as crystals are better spent on speeding up progress for new accounts. It also makes it much more difficult to secure newly released LD Animuses, if any are available, when you start the game.
Our suggestion? Regardless of the route you take, pull with your RGB tickets first. Every LD Animus is available on the standard banner, so all of your reroll targets can be found there. If rerolling for a very low chance at a jackpot is too bothersome, securing

Selector Banner

There's a beginner selector banner where, within 40 pulls, you will receive a Red/Blue/Green SSR of your choice. You can pick any launch RGB character except Lian, since her dupes are free from completing various missions during progression. No character released after
Who To Reroll For?
In this section, we will go over the best SSR characters that you want to aim for - either from reroll or selecting them from the Selector Banner as your target.
First thing, don't pull on the Selector Banner during reroll or even after that for the first 1-3 days, or even during your first few weeks if you got at least

Rate-up characters
New RGB Animuses are released in pairs every 6 weeks, with their individual banners running concurrently and lasting 3 weeks, so you’ll likely be seeing new RGBs when you start. In general, it is not advised to pull for these Animuses as a brand-new player if they’re not excellent, as none of them are time-limited and they immediately join the pool of standard characters, meaning you’re likely to get one or even both of them with your hundreds of RGB tickets offered during your first few days of play. With the amount of free pulls offered every month, there is no need to reroll for any of these RGB new releases; you will get them over time for sure.
It can be a different story for newly released LD Animuses, as some of them have drastically changed the PVP and/or PVE metas even on the day of their release. Still,

Best LD options
If you're planning to reroll for an LD character, here are the best targets:
- Plume is a debuffer who excels at progressively increasing the damage your team inflicts to enemies, while crippling their own damage and speed over time. It can be said without a shadow of a doubt that Plume solidly carved herself a spot amongst the most sought-after Animuses in the game, right from the time of her release. Plume can be obtained in the Standard Banners and the Beginner LD Banner.
![Plume]()
- Lily fulfills the role of the universal Support. Not only does she offer a party-wide SPD+ buff, but she can also 'mark' one character with her unique Twin Trick buff, boosting their Turn Meter, providing CRIT DMG+ buff and also allowing the ally to Assist her when she attacks. Lily is available in the Standard Banners and the Day 2 LD Selector from the Hyperlink Gala event.
![Lily]()
- Liliam is the current queen of Single Target Damage, more specifically, Burst Single Target Damage. Most PVE speedruns feature her, and although she is meta-dependent in PVP, she’s sometimes a necessary addition to your Roster to counter certain metas. You can get Liliam in the Standard Banners and the Day 2 Selector from the Hyperlink Gala event.
![Liliam]()
- Yeli is an extremely versatile DPS who performs well in all types of content, from single-target to AoE, while offering utility like Buff Steal (a form of Dispel), self Purifies, CRIT+ and DEF-. Yeli is present in the Standard Banners as well as the Beginner LD Banner.

Best RGB options
Below you can find some SSR RGB options that will be great if you receive them from the reroll, in our subjective order of relevance:
- Freya, the first character to release at launch, is still one of the best Supports you can get your hands on, as she provides valuable offensive, defensive, and utility-based buffs/debuffs with the upside of being one of the fastest Animus in the entire game, thanks to her passive. On top of her PVE capabilities, Freya can be a vital addition to certain PVP strategies, further boosting her importance.
![Freya]()
- Beyontin is a hyper offensive Support, specialized in giving strong offenses even more firepower. She’s also one of the few Animuses who can revive allies, which can be excellent in some situations, although not so much in generic PVE. Even without the revive part, her ability to grant an extra turn and reduce the CD of your main Damage Dealer is exceptional. Just like
Freya, Beyontin has a valuable niche in PVP in which she can play an important role; they both stand above the rest of the RGB recommendations, as they pair well with all of the other LDs and RGBs in the list.![Freya]()
- Rosa is a powerful SSR unit known for her critical hit potential and ability to control turn meters. She deals heavy damage and disrupts enemies by reducing their turn meters with each critical hit. Her passive skills boost her damage output, allowing constant follow-up attacks, making her a persistent threat. Rosa’s mix of offense and utility makes her a valuable asset at all stages of the game.
![Rosa]()
- Still, her early game is pretty underwhelming as she requires good gear and investment into her Skills to become the murder machine she is when fully invested into - she's great in DokiDoki and Aurora and also one of the best DPS you can bring for Union Bosses and Phantom Theater. So she's basically the opposite of Tiamat - you exchange a weaker start for top tier endgame character.
![Tiamat]()
- Also, she pairs nicely with Lily, so rerolling for her and then picking Rosa from the selector will be a very popular route.
![Lily]()
- With the addition of PVE Leaderboards, Rosa has never seen better days. Her damage, once fully optimized, is top of the line, and she naturally synergizes well with other top meta picks, especially in PVE.
- Rilmocha is another DPS character who excels at AoE content. While her S3 only attacks one enemy, she can deal splash damage to every other enemy based on how much damage she has done to the primary target - this makes her great at neutralizing priority targets while at the same time dealing damage to others.
![Rilmocha]()
- She shines especially against DokiDoki boss and is the best DPS you can bring there - nobody else matches her speed or ease of dealing with DokiDoki. This is important because DokiDoki drops Speed sets and it will be the boss you will focus on first, as Speed is king in this game. She has a big weakness though - in pure single-target content her Splash Damage is useless (for example, Union Bosses and Phantom Theatre) and her damage output drops.
- Rilmocha falls off massively in the endgame, once you have access to other Damage Dealers who can reliably clear Doki, since she’s outside of that one farming stage, she's not BIS (Best In Slot) anywhere.
