Review

Lily is a Support whose kit revolves around her unique buff [Twin Trick] - this buff, applied through the S2, makes the ally who has it increase their turn meter by 30% after every one of Lily’s actions (this buff can only be on one ally at a time). Besides that, Lily can also apply an AOE [SPD+] and a [CRIT DMG+] on the ally with [Twin Trick].

She gains a lot of value with her S3, in which she can extend the enemies’ Skill CDs by 1 turn, and also reset the Skill CD of the ally with [Twin Trick]. Completely. The pairing of Skill CD lower, [SPD+] and the Turn Meter increase is extremely good, and allows the person with Twin Trick to perform extremely well.

Even with all that, the most important part of her kit has to be the versatility that the S1 brings. When Twin Rrick is active on the ally, using S1 during Lily’s turn always procs an Assist with the buffed ally. This allows for very strong combinations to happen.

Overall, Lily can truly express her full supporting power in longer fights, and there isn’t a single Animus that would not benefit from her kit, one way or another. Meanwhile, in PVP, anyone who either wants to unleash their burst before the enemy or needs multiple turns or multiple S3s to activate will be able to work well with Lily, allowing her to be an extremely versatile pick in PVP.

Of course, beware of Buff Block or Strip; although banning Heinrich can solve that problem. Tiamat is a good example of an Animus that can profit from every tool in Lily’s kit to great effect, regardless of game mode.

Pros & Cons
Pros

  • Supercharges one ally to drastically improve their performance,

  • While still supporting the team with SPD buff and turn meter push,

  • Great synergy with characters that have strong S1 skill,

  • Very universal - can be used in every content and with any DPS.

Cons

  • None.

Early Game Builds

For Early Game build tips when it comes to what modules and Shells to use before you start farming Red rarity, check our dedicated guide:

Best Builds (Generic)

1

Before the main body acts, it increases its [DEF] by 700 for 2 turns, and applies a [Shield] equal to 400% of its own [DEF] to the main body Animus, and the Animus ally with the lowest current HP percentage for 2 turns.

Cannot stack with similar effects applied by other Shells. In PvP modes, the applied shield amount equals 350% of self DEF to the host Animus and ally with the lowest HP percentage.

Grants the wearer 700 DEF for 2 turns, as well as applying a sizable shield to an ally for 2 turns. It has a 1-turn initial cooldown, but after that, it will maintain the 700 DEF buff 66% of the time and keep the shield active often. Primarily used on dedicated DEF scalers.

Grants Lily with an exceptional personal defense while also granting another team mate a huge 2 turn Shield improving your teams survivability dramatically. Also grants easy access to the Bramble Matrix Set - a very strong reactive option for using Lily in PVE. However, using this Shell will come at the cost of being able to use a 6P Speed Inferno set meaning your Lily will be slower than others.

After the main body's turn, a Follow-up Attack on the main target dealing 240%+4200 damage, applies [SPD+] for 3 turns to the main Animus, applies and increases their Turn Meter by 25%.

Widely used and incredibly potent all-around supportive option, granting a 25% gauge boost on use as well as [SPD+] boost with 100% uptime. It also deals decent damage when used. Possesses most of the best supportive matrixes, further adding to its flexibility and wide use cases. Loses most of its value when used in teams that already have a team member granting the [SPD+] buff with good uptime.

This Shell's Speed boosting effect overlaps with Lily's kit making it less powerful on her than it otherwise would be. You'll still gain some extra uptime on her Speed up though as Lily only has 66% uptime when maxed out. You'll also gain the Action Advance and the extra bit of damage it deals. This Shell is primarily used for the fact that it grants the 6P Speed inferno set at the same time as also having Swiftrush available on top of having an 'ok' effect for Lily.

Best Builds (PVP)

1

When the owner Animus is about to die, halves their current Turn Meter, removes all effects on them, recovers 60% of their Max HP, and puts them into a 1-turn [Iced] state.,

The cooldown of the skill can't be reduced.

Allows the wearer to cheat death once every 6 turns. Upon dying, they will instead recover 60% HP and enter a special state, becoming immune to turn meter reductions, debuffs, buffs, and also gaining 200% increased DEF until the start of their next turn. A powerful option for keeping vulnerable high-value units alive in PVP.

The classic Lily, swift strive amber has been a mainstay for a long time and it's still the goat. This build works if you want to play turn 1 or turn 2 so it's great for any player that wants to play a bit more flexibly.

Before the owner acts, unleashes the owner Animus' full potential making their next skill cost no CD and increasing their SPD by an additional 10% for 2 turn(s). In PvP modes, after being affected by Codex of Magic, skills that did not go on cooldown will have their maximum cooldown permanently increased by 1 turn. (a single skill can only be affected once by this increase).

The cooldown of the skill can't be reduced.

An absurdly strong combo Shell that allows the wearer to skip the cooldown of the ability used on the turn this Shell is active. The wearer can use their ultimate or skill twice back to back, unlocking usually impossible personal and team combos. Also grants the wearer a 10% SPD boost after use for 2 turns. Mainly used in PvE burst/combo compositions or PVP. Can be used on both Supports and DPS situationally.

The full speed swiftrush 2 offset pieces for speed build. Go as fast as possible and pick this only when you want to play turn 1.

3

For every 3 actions accumulated by enemy units, increases the owner's Turn Meter by 35%, and can be triggered up to 1 times per turn.

Grants the wearer a 35% gauge boost for every 3 enemy actions that occur, once per turn. A solid choice for Supports in content that sees multiple enemies acting per one turn of the wearer. Loses value against singular enemies or enemies that move slowly or not at all (due to control effects).

BB force bulwark Lingluo has been the only build anyone runs for a while now, it's possible to play some eff res or full tank on this, pick whichever you think feels best to you.
