Review
Paladi is a defense crew member who offers a variety of damage mitigation by making a wall that scales off her HP. She summons [Mech Units] to further assist her; with these [Mech Units], she is also capable of dealing with various status effects and debuffs. She is quite versatile and can easily be added to most teams.
Paladi is a very simple defense crew member, but unlike any other defense crew members, she can summon [Mech Units] that will help her in dealing damage. She mainly uses blue cards, with her Ultimate being a red card.
For her first card, we have [Iron Curtain], it is a blue card that makes A-1SO to generate a wall to protect allies against incoming damage. It is her defensive tool that scales based on her Max HP and she restores its durability by doing Basic Attacks.
Next is [Firewall], a blue card that triggers [Wildfire] on the field and reduces enemies' energy by 3% not only that, but it can also reduce their ATK by 2%.
Lastly, her Ultimate [Riot Supression], she orders her [Mech Units] to unleash devastating attacks, these attacks can [Stun] and [Electrify] the enemy for a duration.
At Awakening 0 Paladi might feel a little bit sluggish without proper gearing, and her damage output perhaps quite on the lower side given that she is a defense crew member; however, perhaps her Awakenings can solve that issue, so let's take a look:
Awakening 1 - Enables her to draw cards whenever she or the [Iron Curtain] gets attacked, not only that, but this also scales her ATK up to a maximum of 30% when blue cards are used.
Awakening 2 - This awakening provides extra attacks for A-2SO during basic attack and [Riot Suppression].
Awakening 4 - Increases all Allied [Mech Unit] according to the number of [Mech Unit] present on the field.
Awakening 5 - All enemies affected by [Wildfire] have more Final DMG taken, which goes up to 50% total.
Resonance 1 — Provides [Hyperarmor] for front allies, keeping them active when using skills.
Resonance 2 — Improves [Firewall] by making it also reduce the defense of all enemies.
Resonance 4 — Whenever [Iron Curtain] is broken, it triggers [Firewall] and increases all allies' DEF by 3%.
Resonance 5 — Whenever [Riot Suppression] is used, increases the number of A-2SO deployed on the field. This can go up to 4 A-2SO.
Tennie - Her best in slot as Paladi can easily trigger her Resonance 4 to generate shields, given that her cards are mostly Blue.
Stella - A good universal support, when Paladi is used as a Leader, she can easily help her reduce the cooldown of her Leader Skill.
Ilona - Has a good coverage of card draw with her red card, and at Awakening 2, enables her blue card to draw cards. She also has a [Mech Unit], making it effective for an Awakening 4 Paladi.

UR Scorching Spike: Whenever [Ignite] is inflicted 8 times or [Blaze] is inflicted 4 times, inflicts [Wildfire].
SSR Unbewusstes Probe: Whenever you play a Red card of cost 3 or more, random enemy receive 3% less healing. This effect stacks up to a maximum of 75%.
SSR Million-Tons Revelation: ATK +80
SSR: Degenerate Blackrock: Increases wearer's final DMG dealt by 10%. This effect stacks.
SR Viscera Collector MK 0: Using [Leader Skill] restores 0.4 Cost. This effect stacks.
R Mass Projector: Using [Leader Skill] increases ATK by 1.5%. This effect stacks.
UR Grandfather Reactive Armor: At the start of battle, convert 5% ATK of the ally with highest DEF to the wearer's ATK. When taking DMG, transfer 25% of the DMG taken to the ally with highest DEF.
SSR Simulated Stars: Using [Leader Skill] restores 5% HP. This effect stacks.
SSR External Memory Matrix: Max damage taken per hit is 33% of Max HP.
SSR Black Rock Armor: Reduces wearer's final DMG taken by 10%. This effect stacks.
SSR High Dimension Construct: Generating a Black card restores 5% of Max HP. This effect stacks.
SSR Incarnate Light Arc: DEF +80
SR Resonance Fiber: When own skill card is used, restores 2% of Max HP.
UR Dawncloud Seal: Max Hand Size +1.
UR World Line ß Box: Draws a card whenever you encounter a wave of enemies, prioritizing wearer's skill cards.
SSR Chladni Arc: Wearer's [Wave] deals 20% more damage. This effect stacks.
SSR Mobius: Cards in your hand are replenished 0.25 seconds faster. This effect stacks.
SSR Divinity Seal: Gains 2 Cost at the battle's beginning. This effect stacks.
SR Magic Spring: Restores 0.02 Cost per second. This effect stacks.
Using [Leader Skill] restores 0.2-0.3 Cost. This effect stacks.
Using [Leader Skill] restores 2-3% of own Max HP. This effect stacks.

[Stun] inflicted by this character lasts for 1 second longer. This effect stacks.
[Electrify] inflicted by this character has a 3-5% better chance to trigger. This effect stacks.

Classic Connor Tennie comp featuring Paladi as some sort of sub-dps and enabler thanks to her having blue cards she can fit very well on this setup as more blue cards means easier time to proc Tennie’s Resonance 4 which gives shield upon using a blue card with a cost 1 or above, with this in mind generating shield means faster cooldown for Connor’s leader skill. Only play Caroline here if she has Awakening 1, simply for its drawing potential. Stella can be replaced by Nayuta, and for a budget option you can consider putting Arcana and/or Shizuru in either Stella and/or Caroline’s position.

With this Paladi will be able to reach the max A-2SO summon(4) as fast as she could and even permanently stun the enemies. If it feels like there's a lack of healing, Rachel can replace Arcana. This team is capable of dealing with basic contents such as evictions and battle plans(except Fine Tune, Ops. and Pressure Test),expect this team to be viable on some contents, Please use a different setup on harder contents.
