Review
Anfiya is a support crew member who can efficiently draw and retrieve cards, buff allies, debuff multiple enemies, as well as confining them for a duration, along with White Birch, which will also do Basic Attacks. She works great on Purple card teams and is still workable on most team compositions, thanks to her utility. With that in mind, she works differently in each team.
Anfiya will work differently in each team as her derivative cards will take shape based on how she functions. Let’s take a look at how her cards work.
Main Cards:
For starters, we have [Mimic], a cost 1 purple card that chooses between 3 derivative cards: [Mimic: Sand Phosphor], [Mimic: Chaos Behemoth], and [Mimic: Glacial Skeleton]. Upon use, this card gets destroyed and the chosen derivative card will permanently cycle through the deck.
Next is a utility card [Box of Death & Life], it is a cost 3 yellow card that draws a card, which makes her retrieve a card every 5 seconds if drew a purple card or continuously draws more cards every 5 seconds for two times.
Then we have her ultimate [Abyssal Coffin]. She releases White Birch that will confine all enemies (except invisible ones) for 5 seconds. This coffin will take all of the damage dealt and evenly distributes them to all the enemies affected in the duration; there is an additional damage dealt depending on the number of hits.
Derivatives:
[Mimic: Sand Phosphor] - Buffs allies with [Berserk] and apply 80% less damage taken to all frontline allies for 6 seconds. Additionally, each allied buff that gets hit will generate 0.1 cost.
[Mimic: Chaos Behemoth] - Attacks with Reverengy Nova and damages all enemies, this also inflicts [Corrupt] and [Sleep]
[Mimic: Glacial Skeleton]. - Deals damage over 5 hits and applies [Imprison] and [Chill].
Anfiya’s Awakening isn't really cost-efficient (Pull-wise) and she works fine even at her base copy. Regardless, even though they are quite minor, let’s still take a look at each.
Awakening 1 - Whenever a card is gained, one random ally gets their ATK buffed by 0.5% up to a maximum of 50%
Awakening 2 - Extends the duration of [Abyssal Coffin] by 3 seconds, making it easier if you want to run her as a leader and do a permanent uptime for confining.
Awakening 4 - Depending on which derivative card is used will buff all the allies in Front, Mid or Back for a flat 100 ATK, which lasts for 6 seconds.
Awakening 5 - Doubles the damage of all Basic Attacks.
Resonance 1 — Enhances [Mimic] card by gaining [Berserk] when using the derivatives.
Resonance 2 — Adds one [Mimic] card within the first five cards in hand,
Resonance 4 — Gains 0.1 cost per second.
Resonance 5 — Adding an additional trigger for [Box of Death & Life] from 2 to 3 times.
❗ ❗ ❗ The Synergies mentioned here are merely samples. Taking their core mechanics as an example, you can use many other characters as replacements or other synergies. ❗ ❗ ❗
Margiela - Both of them synergize well for a purple team setup.
Nicola - Greatly capitalize her [Abyssal Coffin] as she is a Single-target focused DPS.
Verlaine - With her [Star Arcs] capable of also hitting multiple times for [Abyssal Coffin].
Katas - Katas can be squishy, but [Mimic: Sand Phosphor] stabilizes her for being a frontline. Additionally, as Anfiya can deal multiple Basic Attacks with White Birch, she can help reduce Katas’ Leader skill cooldown while using Blazefire Eroder.
Some examples of overall good equipment choices for Anfiya. For specific picks, please check the respective teams.
UR Space Tangent: Draws 1 more card at the start of battle prioritizing own Ultimate card.
UR Kageha Tanto: At the start of battle or whenever your deck is shuffled due to card depletion, draws a card, prioritizing a Red one.

Has innate small passive cost generation.
Apart from confining enemies, she has a variety of debuffs she can deal with her derivative skills.
Makes a single-target focused team efficient in multi-mob contents.
Cannot confine invisible enemies.
[Abyssal Coffin] activation condition as a leader skill can be quite annoying and hard to trigger for its short duration, although it can be extended with Awakening.
Cannot swap in between other Mimic derivatives, lessening her flexibility in some situations, as whenever she chooses one, that derivative will be the card cycling continuously throughout the fight. So choose wisely, depending on which team you run her.
Card draw and retrieval are somewhat below average compared to other utilities that do the same thing.

Verlaine Valentine FUA Team
Mode: Combat
★★★★
★★★★★
★★★
A sort of meme team that features a loop of Verlaine’s Leader Skill into Valentine’s Yellow Card, this is quite simple to play, as we have Valentine equipped with Space Tangent and World Line Box in order to fish for her Yellow Card, which will be the key to starting the loop. So, how this works is whenever Valentine is using her Yellow Card, it instantly makes the Leader Skill activatable, which is then where if Valentine activates her Leader Skill, she will also retrieve the Yellow Card of Verlaine. With that in mind, the DPS from this composition will be the Follow Up attacks by Verlaine (She needs to be A4 to do so) as she uses [Star Arc] when Leader Skill is used and similarly Yejue with her R5, making her use [Ball Lightning] when Leader Skill is used. This composition will also utilize Cunning Betrayal to generate [Shadowcraft] in order to keep the hand stabilized. Anfiya is present thanks to her R1; in the case that you never get Valentine’s Yellow Card, she will fetch it with [Mimic]. Yejue can be changed into any other DPS that can Follow up Attack (Charlotte A4 etc.)
Katas Anfiya Team
Mode: Combat
★★★★
★★★
★★★★★
Anfiya is able to do her own Basic Attack plus White Birch, therefore equipping Blazefire Eroder will be essential to help proc more ignites. Anfiya also provides damage reduction with the help of [Mimic: Sand Phosphor], which affects all front allies.
Fenia Thunder Coffin
Mode: Combat
★★★
★★★
★★★
A Fenia team featuring Anfiya’s [Abyssal Coffin], this will help by focusing [Victorious Glare] hits on a single entity. Rina Von will provide an unbreakable shield to the team to sustain heavy hits, while also generating black cards to fuel more hits on [Victorious Glare].
Connor Tennie Anfiya Team
Mode: Combat
★★★★
★★★
★★★
A shield focus team capable of unleashing high damage AOE attacks.
Margiela Anfiya Team
Mode: Combat
★★★★
★★★★
★★★★
Purple team that highlights Anfiya and her synergy on this team. Livia will be the primary sustain on this team as Joshua destroys black cards that are generated. This team utilizes the three generic purple cards, [Nova], [Shadowcraft] and [Strange Spark].
Electro Anfiya Team
Mode: Combat
★★★★
★★
★★★
Electro team with Anfiya to further help on AOE situations.
Anfiya Jalhay Permacoffin
Mode: Combat
★★★★
★
★★★
Features a consistent use of Anfiya's leader skill through the consistent draw of purple cards, awakening 2 of Anfiya is recommended for the coffin duration however it is also optional, do expect that it won't be a permanent lockdown as anfiya without awakening 2 will have less duration for the coffin.
Jalhay Blue Team
Mode: Combat
★★★★
★★★
★★★★
As Jalhay's blue card derivative from her ultimate provides shielding, we cannot skip out on how she can fit in blue card team that features Connor and Tennie.
