Review
Jalhay is a utility crew member who has a unique Reverb and Reverengy debuff and provides card draw for the team. She is quite unique in the sense that she only has 3 total main cards amount-wise, making the entire deck less bloated and easy to reshuffle. She does generate Derivatives instead with her Ultimate, which are dependent on the color of the last card used.
Jalhay has 3 cards total, making her one of the lowest, as most characters average on 4-5 total cards, not counting their derivatives. As a result, her cards tend to be expensive to use.
For the first card [Psychic Devour] a 4 cost Purple card that increases all enemies' Reverb and Reverengy DMG taken by 20% for 12 seconds, while triggering up to 3 times: using a Purple card grants 10 Energy deals Reverb DMG once, this also inflicts [Confuse], reduces the target's ATK by 2% and increases Jalhay's ATK by 2%,
Next, we have [Perception], a 3-cost Yellow card able to draw a full hand. This is ideal to use whenever the hand is exhausted, and mainly in the low-priority cards for auto-play and is usually used besides the Discard action.
Lastly, her Ultimate [Psychic Storm] deals damage over 4 hits and generates derivative cards 3 times, depending on the color of the next card that will be used. Red will generate [Emotion: Fury], Yellow will generate [Emotion: Joy], Blue and Green will generate [Emotion: Calmness].
[Emotion: Fury] - Deals DMG to the target over 10 hits and gains [Berserk].
[Emotion: Joy] - Deals DMG to the target over 5 hits and draws a card.
[Emotion: Calmness] - Deals DMG to the target twice and inflicts [Imprison]. Grants the ally with the lowest HP a [Shield], lasting 10 seconds. The durability of the [Shield] is 2000% of Jalhay's DEF.
Jalhay’s utility is already within her cards; further improving her Awakening simply increases her personal damage. This comes from being able to do Follow-up Attacks after using a certain card and improves her Energy generation for [Symbiont].
Awakening 1 - Enables [Symbiont] to deal a Follow-up Attack that consumes energy and deal DMG to all enemies while also reducing their ATK and increasing her ATK by 1% respectively. Up to a maximum 60%
Awakening 2 - Starts with 50 Energy minimum, so whenever it is depleted, it will always begin on 50 Energy.
Awakening 4 - Increases total Energy to 300 and generates more Energy when drawing cards.
Awakening 5 - Increases Jalhay and [Symbiont]’s Final DMG. This Final DMG can also apply to equipment such as: Destroyer’s Torch and Retraction Bomb MK3.
Resonance 1 — Adds an energy mechanic that increases Jalhay and [Symbiont]’s Basic Attack DMG.
Resonance 2 — Generate 2 cost whenever the deck is reshuffled.
Resonance 4 — Adds Energy generation for [Symbiont] every time you use a purple card.
Resonance 5 — Adds a trigger threshold whenever obtaining a specific amount of energy that provides utility and defensive mechanics for Jalhay.
❗ ❗ ❗ The Synergies mentioned here are merely samples. Taking their core mechanics as an example, you can use many other characters as replacements or other synergies. ❗ ❗ ❗
Sommer - Jalhay can easily apply a Damage Taken increase debuff to enemies that Sommer can utilize.
Stella - Makes it easier to spam her Derivative cards as Stella can reduce their cost.
Connor - Greatly synergizes with Blue cards and cards that can apply shield.

Incredible drawing skill that draws a full hand, making it reliable for high-cost generation teams.
Only has 3 total main cards, making it easier to cycle the deck.
A very great alternative to common drawing supports.
Despite having reliable drawing skills, she has no apparent cost generation to balance them. It will be hard to run if you do not have any other cost generator from equipment or from teammates.
Her Cards are expensive to use, costing 3 as the lowest in her main cards.

Anfiya Jalhay Permacoffin
Mode: Combat
★★★★
★
★★★
Features a consistent use of Anfiya's leader skill through the consistent draw of purple cards, awakening 2 of Anfiya is recommended for the coffin duration however it is also optional, do expect that it won't be a permanent lockdown as anfiya without awakening 2 will have less duration for the coffin.
Jalhay Premium Team
Mode: Combat

★★★
A premium team if you wanted a DPS Jalhay, it is ideal to have more awakenings for her in order to do more damage however it should still work without awakenings as it will still have the same usage of cards. Shizuru the Summer Chaser and Dustin will be the sustain of the team and will provide a couple of utility such as drawing cards and generating cost.
