Guide - Union Raid #44
Hello everyone! Welcome to the second edition of this guide, for UR44! Each Boss will have basic information about them listed, as well as some tips, tricks and warnings to be wary of. Of course, it also includes the suggested meta teams that top-ranking unions use!
A high-sync player is considered someone above sync 641.
Players between 501 and 641 will constantly feel the difficulty of bosses getting easier and easier.
A lower sync player is considered someone below sync 501.
This guide targets players and unions who intend to be competitive in Union Raid.

Medium for low syncs, but really easy the higher your sync level goes.
💡Tip
Tips to minimise need for healing and maximise damage:
Roughly at the following timings, Laitance shoots a special charge time debuffing laser:: 1:10, 0:25. 0:15. Cover your units from this! Shield does not work, you have to cover.
Cover as much as you can to avoid remaining laser damage if the damage hurts.

Tips to minimise need for healing and maximise damage:
Just try your best to kill the raptures as fast as possible, then focus on the boss.
The boss will not take damage if mobs are on the screen.

Note: There is only one great team for Water this time, since Snow White: Heavy Arms can help clear the mobs fast. All other teams will have a harder time dealing high damage.

About the team
Crown is ideally used against Chatterbox or Material H, since her shields can help against the numerous jumps CB makes. Hence, players may use this team.
Substitutions
Siren or AnisS can also be a viable option for B1 if more damage is needed. However, Liter/Moran can perform at almost the same level as Siren on Water for most players.
Summer Elegg may be replaced by Maid Mast.
Helm may be used over Privaty(Treasure) or Elegg/MMast if healing is required or if a unit is not built/needed elsewhere.
xLudmilla is a very strong option for Water bosses with core, where she may be used over SElegg or MMast if she is built, or even Privaty(Treasure) if she is not built.
Siren or Anis: Star can also be a viable option for B1 if more damage is needed.
Alternate teams for saving Crown include using Nayuta or Bunny Ade over Crown, but it is ideal to have Elegg skilled up and OLed for these teams rather than the option we have with Crown to use MMast.
B1-CDR options: Anis: Star, Siren, Liter, Moran-Treasure.
Substitutions
Summer Elegg may be replaced by Maid Mast.
Bunny Ade may be replaced with Nayuta.
Helm may be used over Privaty(Treasure) or Elegg/MMast if healing is required or if a unit is not built/needed elsewhere.
xLudmilla is a very strong option for Water bosses with core, where she may be used over SElegg or MMast if she is built, or even Privaty(Treasure) if she is not built.
There is not much flexibility in Water overall, because the good units are a level apart from the bad units, so if players aim for 3 teams, they will find most players opting for a similar setup to:anis

💡Tip
Tips to minimise need for healing and maximise damage:
Skip the starting cutscene when the Modernia head shows to make your units auto-aim at the core.
Break parts as soon as possible, especially the core. Very important.
The highest ATK Nikke will be targeted by the boss, so take care of whoever she is by covering.
Do QTEs as soon as possible!
Shoot down missiles and bombs, or i-frame dodge them by covering when they are about to hit you.
Visual cues and tips are helpful (we intend to add more and more to this guide as time progresses), so watch videos of players attempting tries against Modernia for Museum, to reduce damage taken, like the following video:
If this is not enough for your team to survive, just use a team with a healer, such as Helm(Treasure).

The higher your sync is, the lower your Alice will deal due to parts being relatively weaker to your damage.
⚠️Warning
It is important to note that for Fire-Weak, the meta teams involve limited units, especially Brid: Silent Track . If you do not have her, you may replace xBrid with another B2 like Crown , Nayuta or Ade: Agent Bunny , but it is crucial to note that Fire-Weak UR has a critical need for XBrid.

💡Tip
Tips to minimise need for healing and maximise damage:
Shoot down the head part either before or after the shield pops up. RL units help a lot in this regard.
Use a shielder unit, like Crown, and/or i-frame dodge the green flashbang stuns.
If you still cannot break the shield, it might be time to either rethink your team or strategy, or shoot the leg.

Wind-Weak, the simplest to understand meta. Everyone should already have the main team built up, since we all love Kraken after all, do we not?
💡Tip
Tips to minimise need for healing and maximise damage:
Break parts in the beginning to avoid shield spawn.
Break parts as soon as possible anyways.
Do QTEs as soon as possible.
Gun down turrets if they hurt.
Elemental QTE timers can feel fast, so be faster!
ORB QTE: Check colour in center, and hit those colours of orbs.
Nayuta should be enough to take care of healing against this boss. If she isn’t, try covering from some of the boss attacks when a Nikke is low. Scarlet: Black Shadow should reduce the number of Lasers the boss hits. Usually, all teams used for this boss either have Shield or Heals.

Just like Brid: Silent Track in Fire, Nayuta is considered a crucial B2 for UR meta for Wind Weak Bossing. It is an even more serious and drastic scenario in Nayuta’s case since her DPS is irreplaceable.

Replacing Siren with Liter/Moran for less damage is often a trick used by unions to save Siren for other bosses where more damage is required, since Wind is usually a commonly built element for players and almost everyone is able to deal good damage to it.
