Review
A Utility Crew Member capable of generating Black Card: Reverengy onto the deck while also being able to reduce card cost, increase passive Cost Generation for a duration, reduce cooldown on Leader Skill and Discard Action. She works extremely well on teams that want Black Cards or [Nova].
As mentioned, she has Cost Generation and Cooldown Reduction. She also has synergy with Novas in general; let's go right into her skills:
For her first card, she has [27 Tauri], a 3-cost red card where she summons a [Mech Unit] that is capable of dealing DMG and inflicting status effects such as [Ignite] and [Lightning] depending on the color of the cards used when it exists in the field. This also generates a black card [Reverengy] at the bottom of your deck.
Next is [Clandestine Comms], a 3-cost yellow card that triggers a random number and the skill's effect is dependent on what number is drawn. 0 will activate the [Discard] action immediately regardless of its cooldown, 1 will reduce the cost of the most expensive card on hand, 2-8 will have an increase in the passive cost generation and 9 will immediately activate [Leader Skill].
Lastly, her ultimate [Tidal Realm], which increases the Cost regeneration speed by 100% for 10 secs.
Raziel: The Reminisce already works great at Awakening 0, but will have better Utility at Awakening 1, so it's one thing to consider. To push for more team damage, consider getting Awakening 2 and Awakening 5.
Awakening 1 - Increases the duration of her skills by 2 secs.
Awakening 2 - Wave DMG deals 50% more.
Awakening 4 - Whenever any type of [Nova] is generated, increases the ATK of a random ally by 1%, capped at 30%.
Awakening 5 - Duplicates the card if 3 identical copies exist in hand, giving the duplicate card 0-cost and the owner of the duplicated card will deal 100% more with their non-ultimate cards.
Resonance 1 — Whenever [27 Tauri] vanishes, a [Nova] is generated.
Resonance 2 — Black cards in hand or deck provide additional 0.05 passive cost generation, and whenever a [Reverengy] card is drawn retrieves a card from the discard pile.
Resonance 4 — Enhances [27 Tauri] by giving it an effect on purple cards which can also trigger [Erode].
Resonance 5 — Using [Nova] and [Supernova] will give 0.1 and 0.5 cost generation per sec for 8 secs, respectively.

She has Cheap cards and easily generates black cards for consumption and takes advantage of it even when it's on deck or hand.

Can apply Erode herself, thus can also sustain the team if they are wearing Crimson Prophecy.
As a Utility character, she has no card drawing skill with the exception of card retrieval and will rely on something like Hulton Balloon to compensate.
Is reliant on the UR Equipment Radiant Galaxy, which is quite expensive, especially for New players, leaving out so much potential.

With the addition of Raziel The Reminisce the initial ramp up cost has be alleviated, making the team do its combo way faster than previous iterations of the team, with the use of Crimson Prophecy the team can sustain on its own and having citadel equipment that are able to roll for Leader Skill ATK%. With this everyone on the team gains the ATK% which greatly boosts the damage of the derivative cards, as they use the average ATK of the team.
Ushana Supernova

Ushana Hypershuffle team but now generates Novas and has more consistent cost generation, This has more reliable sustain given that Supernovas also inflicts Erode which can heal the entire team using Crimson Prophecy.
