Olivien is a support mainly for Fire, Frost and Familiar teams. She summons a familiar that can share damage to an allied target, a familiar that inflicts [Crystallization] that resonates with Fire and Frost damage and amplifies damage dealt to the targets affected; not only that, she also provides cost generation and that scales up with the number of familiars present in the field.
Playstyle and Key Mechanics
Olivien is capable of summoning familiars, both for defensive and offensive purposes. She mainly does damage with these familiars to trigger [Crystallization] and generate Crystal Clusters for enemies to take double damage by chance.
For her first card, [Teatime Principle] is a 1-cost yellow card that draws a card, prioritizing Familiar cards, and generates cost over time equal to the cost of the drawn card.
Next, she has [Cleansing Pact], a 3-cost blue card where she summons [Lady Cometrail]. The Familiar will then ATK and deal Frost DMG; additionally, this absorbs 20% of DMG taken and applies [Purge] every 5 sec to the attached ally. [Lady Cometrail] can only attach to one ally at a time.
Lastly, her Ultimate [Crystalline Ritual] where she summons [Wyrmmorion] and inflicts [Crystallization]. Wyrmmorion rapidly deals random Fire or Frost DMG to all enemies. Every time enemies take Fire or Frost DMG, they gain stacks of Thermal Stress or Cold Contraction; for every 4 combined stacks, a [Crystal Cluster] is generated on them up to 6. Each Crystal Cluster gives the target a 5% chance to take double damage.
Investment
Olivien’s Awakening primarily buffs allies' damage and further increases the effectiveness of [Crystallization]. Awakening 2 and 4 are recommended when considering getting her dupes.
Awakening 1 - The owner of the card drawn by [Teatime Principle] gets their ATK buffed by 3% up to a maximum of 60%
Awakening 2 - The ally attached with [Lady Cometrail] gains 20% Final DMG dealt.
Awakening 4 - Increase Crystal Cluster limit by 4, making it 10 total and now has a 50% chance for double damage to trigger.
Awakening 5 - Respectively increase Fire or Frost DMG according to the stacks of Thermal Stress and Cold Contraction
Resonance
Resonance 1 — Enhances the effect of [Teatime Principle] by increasing the duration of the field time of the drawn Familiar card.
Resonance 2 — Adds an effect when using [Teatime Principle] by gaining 0.5 cost for each familiar in the field.
Resonance 4 — Generating a [Crystal Cluster] heals all allies for each stack by 3%.
Resonance 5 — Doubles [Wyrmmorion]’s ATK SPD, making it do 4 hits per sec.
