Foreword
The Anomaly Arbitration Analytics is the fruit of collaboration between Prydwen and Spiral Stats who create beautiful infographics with character and team usage for Genshin Impact. They recently branched out to Honkai: Star Rail, so expect similar great images to be prepared by them for each Anomaly Arbitration phase!

- If the data for a character is skewed (γ1 > 0.8), trimmed mean is used instead of mean. It calculates the average after excluding the highest 25% and lowest 25% of scores.
